    Since training with Vinny I have seen a total change in my body shape along with losing weight. I am eating and sleeping better and feel more confident then I have in years. Vinny puts you completely at ease in the gym and supports your progress throughout the week by checking in with you regularly on the days you aren’t training with him. I couldn’t recommend him enough

    I have been training with Vinny in Changing Rooms PT for six weeks now. i was apprehensive about starting as I wasn't a regular gym user but needed a kick start and direction on how to commit to losing weight and getting fit. The initial consultation really helped to establish objectives and since starting the results have happened quickly. I've lost over 7 kg and I am stronger, healthier and feel a lot better. Vinny is a great support both in the gym and by keeping in touch to see if your still on plan. The sessions are quick and effective and definitely get results. I'm really looking forward to the next stages and seeing where it brings me.

    I've been with Changing Rooms PT for almost 6weeks now. I have issues with my joints and was really struggling with my fitness levels and trying to lose weight. Vinny gave me a very professional assessment and developed a training program to suit my particular needs. He continues to deliver training that challenges me but is very manageable. I can see changes in my body shape and my fitness levels overall have increased. I have a healthier approach to eating and I look forward to training rather than trying to avoid it. I highly recommend Vinny Gough and Changing Rooms PT.

    Since joining Changing rooms PT my life is quickly changing in a very positive way. My eating habits are better, my strength & fitness is increasing, weight is dropping,... in general I’m just becoming a much healthier & happier person ! This is certainly down to the superb work Vinny does. He has a great way of continuously motivating his clients by gently, yet persistently, guiding them towards achieving their goals. He’s very knowledgeable & supportive, & I’d have no hesitation in recommending Changing Rooms PT to anyone looking to make positive lifestyle changes.

    I have been training with Vinny for the past 8 weeks and have lost 8kg so far. Having always done some form of fitness and not seeing the results I wanted with previous trainers, Vinny's method is the only one that has worked for me. He's a fountain of knowledge when it comes to form and this knowledge ensures you are able to train without any injuries. In all my years training I have never come across a trainer that knows so much about fitness and nutrition. I would 100% highly recommend Vinny.

    Vinny/Changing Rooms is Super. I started training with him about six weeks ago. He quickly identified what I have to focus on to up my fitness level. I already feel a real benefit to my overall well-being and he is great to motivate you to stick to a healthy eating plan as well. 100% recommend him. Really nice guy too.

    I’ve been training with changing rooms PT (Vinny) for just over 1 year now and can honestly say I’m loving the results!! I’ve gone to many PT’s in the past and started and stopped programs without achieving any goals. Vinny is extremely thorough in his approach, consistently changing up the programs as you adjust to them to keep them challenging with regular check ins to ensure you stay on track with your nutrition. If you have a certain goal you want to reach, I would highly recommend Vinny, he gets results, I definitely feel alot more confident and stronger and enjoying going to the gym alot more.

    I have always done physical excercise and tried a couple of personal trainers but found that my fitness levels and body shape were not improving. I started training with Vinny a couple of years ago and within a couple of months, I noticed a dramatic improvement. His knowledge of physiognomy and nutrition are excellent! My overall strength, confidence as well as fitness and body shape have improved. His dediaction and comitment to his craft is highly motivating. I'm sticking with him and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a change to their health and fitness.

    I trained with Vinny and he was an excellent trainer. He pushes you to your limits and makes you achieve your goals. Was the fittest I ever was when I trained with him. He doesn't only coach you in the gym but monitors what your dietary intake is and makes sure stick to it to the T. I actually noticed my fat melting away and the digits on the scales go down really fast. All the best Vinny !
