Annoying and pushy staff, talk to me like a 5 y.o. I could read stickers myself! Had an intention to spend way more money in this store… Literally made me run away

Company has great policies against animal testing. Big fan of the products and the staff here at the store were super friendly. A pity that they claimed €133,000 in Covid wage supports while still somehow managing to send a €1.2 million dividend out of the country to shareholders.

Amazing place. Music is rocking and the staff are so nice. They are there to help you and they are very genuine. All the products are fantastic and they even have stickers on with a picture and name of the person who made it. I love the smell of everything and the shop is very “green”

So I popped in as my mum wanted to have a look at products and I asked a lovely assistant named Abigail if she could make my hands silky soft. She did a full wash, scrub, butter procedure explaining in thorough detail why she was using what she was using and its effects. She mentioned specific details for say dry skin and people with eczema which I have, it has already made my skin feel much better and I am going to buy that butter when I get back to England. Thank you Abigail, you've gained Lush a man who only used E45 to now adding a flipping BODY BUTTER to his routine!!

Lush has got the best natural skin and health care products plus they're earth friendly. I use the CharityPot body cream and the aftershave cream. They have a section for Bath soap as well as perfume.

My girlfriend and I went here yesterday afternoon. I had thought they only did bath bombs. We spoke with Baz who was magnificent. I honestly felt like I was in some 6 star health spa. Her specialist knowledge, expertise, attentiveness where beyond comparison. We bought some scrubs which smell great.

All in all a good shopping experience, but there are like 6 staff members at once in the store. I was just browsing a little and I felt a watched the hole time. They were friendly and helpful and I know it's their job but I felt a little pressured into buying

I have heard about LUSH many times but it was the first time I have tried out something there and it was wonderful. I still use there finishing powder and lip balm. The only thing I didn't like was their Hena, I have tried it out on my hair and it didn't hide my white hair even a bit.

Incredible store display, super helpful staff. They answer questions before I even think to ask them. Great place to pick up gifts for others. Best bath bombs I've ever used. Great value for money

All the staff in Lush Grafton Street are very friendly. I wanted to especially thank Maria for all her help when I was last in the store. Maria was a great help to both myself and my mam, talking us through what we were looking for and what would work best. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find what it is I was looking for.

Lovely staff and as always very helpful. I am a lush convert. The products are all great quality. Also a special shout out to Maria, who remembered me from a previous visit and was super polite and helpful. Really made finding the best products for me so much easier

I was in here today (Friday 22nd) and all the girls on the floor were so nice unfortunately I didn’t get their names (the girl with blue hair and a tall girl with brown curly hair) they both chatted with me and made me feel so welcome🩷 thank you guys cant wait to use my bath bomb 💕

Amazing staff so knowledgeable about the products they were selling. They were able to guide me away from stuff I didn’t need and towards what I did They take so much time and obviously really care not only about the customers but also the company they work for great brand, great shop :))

Iv never had a bad experience shopping in LUSH. Apart from the amazing products, the main reason I shop here is for the customer service. It's spot on. Not pushy or in your face, just genuine and it feels like you're chatting with familiar faces! Big shout out to Phoenix in the Grafton Street branch. I was in this week and she was so lovely, informative and kind. An absolute credit to your amazing team.

The staff was extremely pushy, especially one girl in particular, who approached me about five different times after I said I didn’t need help and was just browsing. Every time I would move to a different part of the store to look at something, she would rush over to me and ask me questions like “so what’s your favorite product?” I felt that I had made it clear that I wanted to shop alone, and it felt like she was ignoring that boundary I had set. I did end up purchasing the item I came in for, but the experience left me feeling awkward and uncomfortable.

Had the loveliest experience, went in to kill time while stressed about exams and one of the employees let me try some of the hand creams, keeping my skin allergies in mind. Such a nice employee and very comprehensive 10/10 exp.

Me and my friends payed a visit to the store and received lovely product trails by Maria. She was so welcoming and sweet I could have stayed there the whole night. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I was in the store yesterday around 6 o clock and I’d just like to thank the sales assistant for everything, I’m so sorry I never got her name. She was incredible, I went in looking for 3 gifts and she took the time to explain all the gift boxes, from every product they had in them and all the benefits. She was extremely helpful and extremely kind to me and made the gifts so thoughtful and perfect for who I was buying for. Please pass it on to her that her help was soo appreciated. She’s an absolute gem to have working for Lush and a huge value!

This is my go to Lush on most occasions and staff are always very helpful, yet not too pushy. I enjoy the layout and decorations; very spacious, making it easy to find my favourites. It is always fun to visit when season changes to check out on all the new bath bombs! All in all, always a lovely experience.

Always hate Lush at Xmas. It's like fighting a plague of locusts on a crop of corn. Thankfully covid restrictions made the visit quick and stress free. I managed to get most of what I needed. Staff as friendly as ever.

If I would be a flower or fruit, I choose LUSH to be my final destiny. Its not only about perfume or cosmetics, its about care they provide to their costumers. Their soaps, creams are very god quality. Hats off to their Bath Bombs , specially rainbow ones which is ideal for everyone. I dont know about Lush Perfume, as I think,its a personal choice. But overall,very good products. Even if you don't know what you want, the staff is so friendly,that they will do their best to get you according to your needs. 100% hats off to staff members. Prices are high, but if you compare with quality and smile on your dear ones,its very much affordable. Negative review: Almost all their packings comes in Black colour. If they use different colours for different products, it will easier for costumer to remember to choose what they bought in the past. Or at least to explain the staff member. But over all, I strongly advise you all to visit Lush. You dont need address. Just walk on the Grafton Street, and you will feel and find it yourself.

Nicest staff, a young guy who was just amazing at his knowledge and the nicest customer service honestly never had such a happy experience shopping made our day and a lovely girl with plaits helped us out with all the soaps and so much attention to us and so helpful with all the questions!
