I came in on Sunday after a sudden downpour. I was greeted by a young gentleman named Adam. I’m not crazy into war hammer but I was intrigued to see the great range of paints which were perfect for my model planes at home. I showed the young gentleman pictures of my planes and he showed great enthusiasm to which I could not leave the shop empty handed !

Absolutely fantastic place to further fuel my addiction to plastic models. Amazing and attentive staff always willing to lend a hand or steer you in the direction you want to go with deep knowledge or insight on any topic in the Warhammer universe. The shop is full of stunning models, inspiring, and just flat out cool. I live a while away from Dublin city center, but every time I'm around, I make the journey because it's absolutely worth it, took my friend in to see this place, and he's after buying himself a few little starter kits while I work away on my custodes army. Can't recommend enough for any model, lore or gaming enthusiast.

Cool shop located near the iconic Ha’Penny bridge. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. Came in with my partner for some paint and received a lot of tips (unfortunately did not get the name of the guy who helped us). Lots of paints to choose from and figures to look at. I’m not that into the game myself but found the displays very interesting. Chill and nice shop atmosphere.

Very good and friendly costumer service and comfortable atmosphere. This is also an apology to the employees since when they very kindly tried to start a conversation with me, I got nervous and said nothing, so the least I can do is leave a 5 star review. Good job to everyone except me :]

This is probably one of THE best Warhammer shops I've been into around the world. Big shout out to Cian who couldn't have been any nicer and helpful to my nephew who's just starting out in the hobby. He's not stopped talking about his intro and is buzzing to start his new SCE army. Thanks again!

Excellent store with very friendly and helpful staff. I popped in the other day to pickup some paints having recently purchased the Avalon Hill HeroQuest remake. I'd watched a YouTuber speed painting tutorial and had his rather long/expensive paint list in hand, but the chap pointed me to a beginners set that had almost everything I needed! 25+ years since I painted a miniature, great to see this rewarding hobby is still as popular as ever! I'll be back for the Nuln Oil...

Popped in to get the paints for my first ever Warhammer model, had prior experience elsewhere with other models but nowhere near the level of expertise that some others have. The staff were incredible, and even being so close to closing being so ready to help with anything I had questions about. I would 1000% recommend Popping down for even the smallest of things, could spend hours there if I had the opportunity.

I would always advise to support your local game club first ,given there is one near you ,the prices will probably be better too but as far as GWs shop in Dublin goes I have to say the staff are great and go out of their way to help so for that alone it's worth a visit for me .

Went in to the shop to pick up some paints and was immediately greeted by Rory and make me feel exceptionally welcome. I’m relatively new at painting miniatures and he gave me a world of help, advice and tips, and was happy to suggest a whole array of paints. Genuinely never had customer service like that before, Rory’s an absolute star 🤝🏼

Been to many Warhammer Stores around the World but this one Hits different. The staff made me feel like i've been a customer on a regular Basis for several years. We need more ppl like that to bolster Our Ranks.

I've been to quite a few GW Warhammer shops but this one is my favorite shops and keeps me coming back over the past 2 years vs buying online. The staff have always been amazing and welcome anyone with a smile. From my visits, besides my personal great experiences, I've overheard them help everybody with incredible professionalism and a personal touch, anyone clueless about Warhammer , picking up a gift for someone to looking to start the hobby or very experienced hobbists, even their painting "classes" with kids on the weekend is a delight to see. Highly recommend visiting the store yourself!

Fantastically welcoming and friendly staff. In particular, Colum (I really hope I’m spelling that correctly) once closed the shop at 6 on the dot, then handled my entire order after doing so. I apologised for having just gotten in before closing time and went to leave, but he happily chatted with me for another 15 minutes or so about 40k. 5/5 stars just isn’t enough, but it’s the best rating Google allows me to provide.

Had a great experience in the shop. I went in to ask about Warhammer as I knew very little. Luke took time to explain to me how the game works, the different factions, how to paint a miniature (including me doing one in store and getting to keep it), and gave recommendations on where to start based on my interests. Never felt stupid asking questions, he was very supportive and helpful. Will be back once I finish painting my starter set!

Clean, tidy lovely looking boards. Cabinets had lovely miniatures. Managed to get what I needed which was great. Being new to the area I felt staff weren't at all engaging about anything. No questions about my hobby or what I am into.

It's fine, in fact it's a nice shop & the staff are nice. However, I will usually check other Irish hobby shops prior to Warhammer (like Gamer's World or neverboard.ie) prior to going here, and I recommend doing the same. Not only can the box prices be a little cheaper, but you're supporting your local store and community more directly. But if you need something GW quickly this is the right place. They'll also help a bit more with paint & other GW stuff, but I'd recommend YouTube for that myself.

One of the best store where I've been. Staff is very kind and always ready to help you with all the updates. If you need some info or just advice or the latest models, just go there and you won't be disappointed!

I know the store for quite some time, and the staff was always attentious and welcoming. Today I had my first painting class, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Even though the store was busy, the person catering me was super helpful. Amazing experience

Our 14yr olds favorite place at the moment! Staff are always friendly and helpful and don’t mind teenagers with a hundred questions!

  • 5/5 Andreas S. 2 years ago on Google
The staff (shout-out to Collin) was very knowledgeable about the sets they had in the store, the new releases and which books to read. Feels great to see the staff being as much a fan as yourself.

The guys in the store are always pretty helpful and full of advice, though stock seems to be low, luckily you can order into the store for free.

Incredibly friendly staff and decent prices. Very welcoming environment with staff willing to share their passion for the hobby.

Well arrived 2 minutes before closing time but they had already closed, the guy from the other side of the window just shook his head to basically tell me that no, they won't open even if there were still 2 minutes before closing time. Disappointing, they lost fast sale as I knew exactly what I wanted and it would have been fast, and also a future customer.
