Excellent fun for kids. The staff are brilliant with the children. Great way to celebrate a birthday party 🎉. Would highly recommend. 👍👍

I’ve brought my daughter here for a few occasions, the changes made during lockdown are very nice. Very clean play area and variety of games to play. It is very unique compared to the other two trampoline parks, but my daughter seems to prefer the trampolines.

Staff are brilliant, friendly and place is very clean and well ran cant fault the staff or facilties. The reason for low rating I took my toddler if they are under 4 they have to go to the toddlers area the facility provided is practically a small room with very little inside to keep them entertain obviously you have to accompany a young child and that an extra 3.50 for socks bit excessive.

Kids absolutely loved it, plus great for 2-3 birthday parties attended over past few years. I would like as parent to have better sight of kids when it allows paying adults in as our two oldest (10-12yrs) don't need minding and our youngest (5yrs) doesn't want handholding but 2 adults who exited beside him and their own son wanted introduce themselves to us in case we got wrong idea if he mentioned playing with adults. We were on elevated coffee dock but only occasional sights, should be more open viewing.

Kids really enjoyed themselves in there and got exhausted pretty quick. Good place to pick on a day with bad weather since it's all indoors. I do have a few issues, especially with the time slots. It was our first visit and we arrived a few minutes late. After queuing, filling out forms and watching an introduction video it was already 20 past 1. We had paid for 1 hour but that didn't matter since the slot was for 1pm-2pm so at 2pm the kids were told to get out. Staff didn't care that the hour wasn't up yet since it was all about the time slot. So if u do plan to go there make sure you arrive early enough. Parking however, is quite limited during the week. There is also a small area for people / parents to sit down and grab some snacks and drinks. However, the tables looked like they were left to clean themselves. Empty cups, bottles, wrappers etc. left on almost all them. Overall the experience was "ok". Not exactly great. Paid over €60 for 4 kids and didn't get the full hour for it.

Great Venue for party! Great location. Clean, spacious, great value party package, great host! Proper pizzeria pizza with party! Just class! No place like it! Well done!

What great place , booked it for my daughters bday (8). It’s so easy you have your own party room very clean. The host did everything and she was great, me and the wife just had a coffee and watched on. We had about 8 or 9 kids at the party. Sooooo easy 👍

Huge! And really well setup. Clean and bright. Employees were polite and efficient Kids had a great time! We'll be back! Only small hiccup was they only start sessions on the half hour. Makes it easier for them to identify whose time is over, but makes for forced waiting time. Most other jumping places worldwide have a more flexible approach with larger stickers identifyong start and end times.

An excellent place to bring the kids. We bring our Autistic son once a month to the additional needs session which is amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it really is a well run event.

We hosted a birthday party here and I was very impressed with the staff and the organizational capabilities on site. I found booking online confusing (regarding number of kids etc.) but once we arrived everyone was wonderful. It completely surpassed my expectations.

We enter to jump zone 15 minutes before start time. After watch introduce video we was send for play. After 2 minutes another worker complain we start to early. I just following first worker order and he say enjoy and go play. For the future please don't make mess beacuse my 5y old son thinking we was kick out. This is not fair... One person say one thing another completely different

Massive indoor area full of blow up slides etc, kids will love it. Has party room for cake n drinks with kids party 🥳 kids love it, bring something to occupy your time if waiting for kids.

Wonderful place for children. Went there for my grandsons birthday party. He had a wonderful time with his four friends. Safe play place.

Had a birthday party here for a group of kids. The staff made it very easy and handled everything from when the kids arrived to when they were leaving. Highly recommended.

I have taken my kids here multiple times and they always leave having enjoyed themselves. I am not sure where they find the staff from but they are consistently superb! The coffee and snacks are a little expensive but not wildly out of line with other similar type venues. I am sure we will be back again soon!

My first visit & we all (2ad + 2ch) had a great time. The staff were very friendly, especially the girl who checked us in. Unfortunately though, the roof was leaking so the inflatable was getting wet, the maze says it can have 8 people in it at a time but we were only allowed have 2 at a time, we weren't allowed wear socks we had from a different Playcentre even though the grip on them is much better than the ones you're made to buy here for €2.50 each, nobody seemed to be looking after the toilets & the entire place could do with a good scrub.

We were waiting In a queue maybe 20min, fill all forms and paid money and then staff member find out that our kids is toddler and we need wait 20min while session will start. After 10min they find out that toddler room booked till 4pm . So we spent maybe over 30min just in reception and left with crying kids . If you planning go , book online .

The toddler area is good for YOUNG kids but for a 4 year old I would say avoid at all costs and go to a softplay or something. It was the smallest area for under 5s and my son spent most of the time crying watching the older kids having fun on all the other things through the nets! Won’t waste my time with the toddler section but promised my son a return when he’s 5 so he can enjoy all he could see!

Great for parties. Book early. Very hot coffee to ensure a great taste. Ask for oat or almond milk in your hot drink if you don't take dairy.

Visited here with Kids ages from 12yrs - 7yrs. My daughter had a slight turn whilst here & the staff where excellent, numerous different staff members consistently enquired on how she was, nothing serious but they could not have been more caring & the Manager on Duty, I think Derek was his name..took the time to look up doc on call telephone numbers, we live outside of Dublin so not familiar with the area & it was reassuring to know Doctors nearby if needed, thankfully after a good rest up she recovered fine & we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Lovely staff & lovely coffee, we will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff there.

We had a great time today for my son's birthday party. We booked 530pm-7 and the kids had the run of the place..sam looked after our party and he was great with the kids and had great patience. All of the staff were fab.

Bought tickets for my 2 children. They had a great time, everything was good. I also like that you can pre fill in the waiver instead of getting there then filling it in. Good place!

Kids loved this place. Great customer service. Staff are very nice. Had a birthday party here and it all went like clockwork.

Had a wonderful experience at Jump Zone Santry, had my daughter’s birthday party there and can’t recommend it enough, there are plenty of staff present throughout the premises, even in inflatable and toddler zones, very friendly and attentive personnel! I wish I could know the names to thank them personally! Party food was great too! 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend!

It is an excellent place for children, much like Bounce and Beyond and similar venues. However, finding parking can be challenging due to a limited number of spaces available. Additionally, there are not many choices when it comes to food and beverages.

Kids had a blast. Coffee is great, Pizza is OK. Staff are lovely, polite and professional.

Our birthday party was a big success, our first ever event in such location, very satisfied children and parents. We got coffee /tea coupons, everything was organised, easy to follow, very patient young man was our party host, little fridge in the party room for cake and drinks, maybe just one little thing, too much heat in the party room, could be easily without any heater on.

Great location, easy to get too, Great place for kids, good day out, area for adults to chill, kids birthday parties, it also runs all the energy out of the kids, we were there for an hour and my son had a Brilliant time and was lovely and tired on the way home. Would recommend to all families and parents 😊👍

Well, well, well. When I tell you this is worth the money I mean it! I took my little one here to celebrate his birthday with 14 of his friends and it is one for the history books! He has not stopped gushing about this delightful experience since. What truly made this activity a celebration to write home about was the party host Christie..she was incredibly attentive to the kids, their needs and safety, while not compromising on the fun and giddy nature of such an event! She was interactive and playful- the kids simply adored her ! From witty banter with the little ones to checking in with the mums, over all an unmissable venue for a fabulous time. Will be back! X

AMAZING place. Daughter was at a party and l collected one very happy (and tired) little camper. Very clean and tidy and a good cup of coffee while you wait. Pleasant and polite staff too.

Called with my 2 children. They had an amazing time here bouncing and having fun. Would recommend for an hour so if you've time to spend.

We liked it. People saying it's cold but hey!!! Why not try paying with your child and get the blood flowing. The kids area is a wee bit small but it's good enough to be honest.

Loved every minute of it even tho I'm an adult, but the only problem I have is young boys pushing, trying to choke, pulling hair to my nieces on the inflatable bouncy slides. It's so warm in there. I think staff members should be on everyone on them so little boys can't do that.

Great spot on a rainy day. Soft play area for under 5s along with the larger section for bigger kids. Spotlessly clean and plenty of parking outside. Hard to fault outside of being a little pricey if you have more than a few bigger kids.

Went with toddler to the toddler-specific play area. Pretty small, but my 2.5 year old was entertained the whole time. Place is very well run, with socks provided for hygiene, hand-sanitization stations, and plenty of staff supervising.

Highly recommend for birthday parties! Just had my son's 7th birthday and it went flawlessly. Kids had the best time and all agreed it was their favourite place for a party. Thank you Benji for all your patience and help, you were brilliant.
