Can't praise these guys enogh. I went in the shop intending to replace my damaged Patagonia coat. They really do practice what they preach, instead of taking hundreds off me for a new coat, they noticed the damage and repaired it there and then. Really good service and ethical principles. They are not cheap products but serice at this level makes it worthwhile 😁 Can't praise them enough 👍

Great customer service. Most ethical shop I've ever been to where the workers are well treated by their employers. Affordable too for a student. Got a well designed rucksack

I don't want to go to details but the experience is not good, spending 150 euros rushed to buy fast as possible just to leave the place - I I could write 2 pages but that's enough. Unpleasant. Maybe it's my idea staff seems arrogant.

Always a weird vibe, like they expect everyone to be shoplifters. Would put me off if I didn't like their gear.

The stock was minimal, most product not available and those available only up to Large size. Very kind sales attendants

Very helpful staff, with a good stock of high quality items. Currently store has a 5 person max, with hand sanitizer and they quarantine items that have been tried on. Felt confident about being in there with policies implemented well and presented with a sense of humour.

Visited for samples sale. Great to see that event back. Well organized (prebooking was required), and even though I onlymanage to get in for the last day of this 3 days event, there were still some nice garments to grab at greatly reduced price. We'll done patagonia!

Very helpful,friendly staff. Although I had to queue for a few minutes to get in, it was worth the wait.It was nice to be able to shop where you could browse at peace knowing the environment was as safe as it could be for both customers and staff.A special shoutout to staff member Julie who was exceptionally helpful.

Incredible Service especially considering the current state of affairs with lockdowns etc... Could have told me they didn't have what i was looking for, but went the extra effort to source the clothing at other stores around europe. I would recommend this store to anyone, apart from the obvious great clothes sourced ethically, but just classy customer service. will be back soon thank you.

Bought my 3 way jacket from here for my trip to Iceland. Great quality of waterproof gear. The staff is super helpful. Patagonia is a sustainable brand and uses recycled plastic in the clothes. They also offer free servicing to fix your coat ( zipper or tear ) can't wait to be warm and brave the rain this winter.

Had a great experience here yesterday. I was looking for the men's version of a t-shirt I had found, but couldn't find it anywhere on the rack. One lad got a brand new one (even still packaged) from the back and even helped me with the sizing. Would definitely recommend coming here!

My favorite thing about this store is the staff. Getting some hiking or climbing clothes from here is a great idea since they have good quality clothes
