Never spoken to such rude and arrogant people in my whole life refused to open a case file for myself which was told there one be one open immediately as someone is trying to take my character and slandering people in public I was told by law i could bring it to court these done noting to help me which they are supposed to be solicitors that help!! Would not recommend These solicitors i have gone further about this matter and this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated

If I got it wrong the name of the person whom I spoke to on the phone, it was whoever was answering the phone yesterday (17th July 2023) between 1-2pm. Have a good day. Extremely frustrated by how my enquiry was dealt by the secretary or whoever this Connor person behind the phone is. I understand that the details of the case itself could only be discussed with my husband, however when talking to someone over the phone don’t be so arrogant and show some basic manners by not cutting people off mid sentence. I’m taking my case somewhere else due to his rudeness and lack of professionalism.
