Staff here act like they absolutely hate their customers lol, I asked for a *few* jalapeños and the girl making my tacos furiously threw about 6 full handfuls of jalopenos at my tacos because she was in such a bad mood. My tacos are almost entirely jalapeño easily the most jalapeños I’ve ever seen in a taco. The tacos weren’t too bad tho especially if you like jalapeños. Two stars.

I love burritos and I love Boojum, however, I don’t when I go to Mespil road. Such a game of roulette, the quality of your take out is very much dependent on the staff member and the mood they’re in - I’ve had good experiences but mostly poor due to their stingy portions (rice and beans in particular) Highly recommend Georges Street Boojum for a better experience. 2/10 wouldn’t feed it to my cat

Tried multiple times. Ordered multiple times through Uber eats and once by takeout. In each of my online orders they forgot to add an ingredient that we ordered. You'd get better quality if you get takeout or if you order from there grand canal branch (much better quality).

I went to Boojum after a while and actually queued up after a long time to get a rice bowl for myself. I was medium rush , to say one in front and one customer behind me .. but the staff behaved as the roof was falling on them.if you do not have the capacity to explain what you are selling and what's the deal with it , what's free ?? What's chargeable.. then why taking the pain of putting the minds behind who are designing this!! Horrible!! u go with such nice memories and come out feeling disgusted about asking a question to someone, who was not bothered to answer! Please remember lunchtime is the peak 2 hours of sales for an outlet like urs, could have really kept the spirits high.

Very tasty food served up pretty quickly. They could improve on the consistency however in two ways: 1) the meat quality is not always the same. Sometimes it’s a bit tougher or the meat has not been shredded/torn leaving huge chunks. 2) Services. They often seem to focus on delivery and not on brick and mortar customers

Ordered a bowl for collection which was over €14, got home and noticed that it was half empty. I’ve noticed the bowls getting smaller and smaller recently so didn’t think much but then realised they had completely left out the vegan pork (which cost me €2.95) as well as the vegetarian crunch em. So disappointed altogether considering how expensive it was in the first place. Literally just a bowl of rice, beans, cheese and a few peppers for €14.

Got Deliveroo delivery a while ago -burrito was cold and too wet( somebody just did not care and did not bother draining the sauce- just poured a bucket of it to burrito). I ordered vegetarian burrito and coke zero- coke zero never arrived and Deliveroo guy was gone before we realised that the coke was missing. Burrito was cold, wet and tiny comparing to other Boojum on Abbeys St and Georges st. Got another burrito today- cold again, ordered mild but burrito delivered was extra spicy. Deliveroo Courier did not bother calling or ringing the bell, just ditched the bag outside my door , coke was missing again, the phone is not answered by staff in Boojum Baggot st. Never again

Worst boojum I have ever been in. Extremely rude staff, restaurant dirty and burrito thrown together fell apart when trying to eat.

They're not good at making burritos at all.... The point of a burrito is to be able to taste all the ingredients in every bite. But for some reason, when I take a bite I get a mouthful of rice and nothing else. Then a a few bites after I get a mouthful of lettuce and nothing else. Then a mouthful of cheese... Etc. Extremely disappointed as other boojum branches are a lot better. But this one misses the mark every time I've gone/ordered. Would not recommend

Very handy to grab a quick lunch during working hours. Find it easy to place the click & collect order, always ready. The only downside is the high cost, the portions are definitely not worth what we pay, but the taste is for sure.

I've been eating Boojum religiously for about 12 years. But last week in Mespil Road, this one at the till was so rude to me. Never felt more insulted/disrespected in my life. Genuinely don't think I'll go to Boojum again. Absolutely disgusted by the service. Very much a Pity because the staff are usually very nice and I love the food. There are other Mexican options around, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I absolutely love Boojum ..so much that I even had it twice this weekend during my visit to Dublin after moving away for 9 months . However this was the worst experience I have had in Boojum and this is purely down to one member of staff! Yesterday around 5:30 pm this girl taking my order preparing the burrito was extremely unprofessional. She had asked what filling I wanted and I said Beef with some spicy sauce (this was my fault and I own up to it) what I meant was the pulled beef with the spicy salsa option but I confused her. I apologized and said no I'm so sorry I mean the pulled beef with spicy salsa option. She got very irate and said in a very angry manner " so you don't want this now then? " She then started to aggressively make me a one slamming everything into the burrito wrap and made me feel really on edge and intimidated. She proceeded to comment about me to her colleague and give me a dirty look. I was biting my Tongue trying to not react and politely walked away feeling very agitated after this experience. When I opened my burrito it was all over the place and not assembled correctly so the food was really unenjoyable.... It was more or less a bowl with out a bowl. You could swear that the burrito was coming out of her wages with the way she reacted to my mistake. This is appalling service and from some on who swears about how great Boojum is and how much I miss going here I feel very let down. Some one needs to have a talk with this Irish girl that was working yesterday as I will not be going there again if she is there .

I love Boojum. This is my place to go for burrito bowls. It's just amazing what they do. The food is great and I love that you get your food really fast. I've been in Boojum so many times and every single time I do the same mistake. Eating too much 😂 it's hard not to. This is a place I recommend if you're hangover, or if you're around the city center and you're looking for something simple but delicious, fast and cheap, something that you can carry around and sit in a park and enjoy it on a sunny day. It's not a fancy restaurant but you can also enjoy sitting in there if it's raining or you feel like it. They also have beers 🍺 ❤️

The person at the till (beard with glasses and terrible tattoos on its arm) was unnecessarily rude and gave no attention to the customers. Terrible burrito maker aswell making my burrito sloppy and a complete mess. I’ve noticed over the last few weeks how boojum has had a rapid decline in customer service and overall taste. Person at the till, made the experience 10x worse.

Staff at boojum baggot street were rude and unwelcoming. Not the first time I have experienced this behaviour at this branch. Burrito ingredients not fresh either. Much better experience at Tula during the week.

I have stopped going to the restaurant as it’s poorly run. Often times there are only 2-3 teenagers or young adults running and maintaining the store. The staff seem absolutely miserable. More staff on the shifts are needed, employer is obviously trying to cut costs and the perception is not good.

Really nice food, they do sell some beers too which goes well with the food. If you go you should try the Mexican cola.

Got takeaway here 3 times over the past 3 years, including burrito bowls and burrito. Maybe its just me but for a few hours I always feel a little ill after eating here. I don't ever any issues with food or food allergies. The food itself is a bit underwhelming, just mush really. But it is good value for those who like it, and the service is quick. But I don't think I'll be trying a 4th time.

Very tasty food served up pretty quickly. Personally I recommended getting the bowl over the burrito. They could improve on the consistency however in two ways: 1) the meat quality is not always the same. Sometimes it’s a bit tougher or the meat has not been shredded/torn leaving huge chunks. 2) Food availability - often you are getting the scraps from the bottom of the tray or they have no guacamole. Fix those please.

I often deliver from here and been there once. Great food as always. Staff could be a bit less friendly compared to the other Boojums I've been too. Love their burritos.

The staff are always 10/10. Super efficient, patient and very respectful and kind. Highly recommend 👌 Veggie burrito could do with more tofu though.

Great value for the food. One of the more affordable places in Dublin while still maintaining good food. Staff was very friendly and if you order via delivery they are one of the fastest.

Best Tex-Mex burrito I've had outside of California. Yes, Texas, I said that. I've tried Mexican food in many countries. France, where I currently reside, was the worst due to the French not acknowledging any spices beside salt, pepper and garlic. The point of Mexican food is lots of flavor and kick. Boy did I get that at Boojum. I had a chorizo burrito with pinto beans, red rice, pico de gallo, guac, sour cream, corn and I risked the spicy chipotle salsa because in France spicy means just barely picante. Every bite brought tears to my eyes, but I assure you they were tears of joy. I'll be back for more of that spicy goodness.

Stunning food as always. Beef burrito is elite and the salsa Verde mmmm! So good! The staff are always so lovely and patient, especially at lunchtime when the queue is literally out the door. Highly recommend.

Boojum is a hearty Mexican chain restaurant that do good burritos and at times offer plant based meat and sauces, which is much appreciated. This restaurant is great for a quick pre gig (The Point) dinner. Good staff in this one too...

Taste is good the best but the quantity has been reduced for burrito bowl. Now the bowl is half filled compared to fully filled previously and price is same. Hence low rating.

Phenomenal food and great service. Really friendly staff who helped guide me through their menu and the burrito was insanely good. Great flavour and a huge eat. Well done Boojum! 😋

I've had my fair share of Burritos, but I was really impressed with the quality of Boojum! The food and portion sizes were both great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend... and will definitely visit next time I'm in Dublin!
