The concept and menu offering is very similar to the Chipotle chain in the US. However, the US offers brown rice as an option. I see it is not available here though. I ordered the chicken burrito. Taste wise, the burrito was ok. And the price seems reasonable for the Dublin city center area. The place definitely gets busy and could have long waits and queues. Service was ok as well...the people were neither friendly nor rude. Chipotle was hit with a massive outbreak of E. Coli so I have not had it in years. Let's hope a similar outbreak won't happen with Boojum.

Burritos are tasty and reasonably priced - you‘ll be stuffed for less than 10 EUR. Cannot understand comments about staff. They are not your waiters, sorry if that does not cater your feel-special personality.

Boojum in general has gone downhill rapidly over the last couple of years. Portions have gotten smaller, more expensive and not as fresh as before. Staff can be quite rude in this store and the music is always skipping like an old CD Walkman. There’s nicer Mexican restaurants in town to give your money to.

Chipotle copycat. Staff were pleasant and fast. I questioned some hygiene practices here that doomed Chipotle stockholders in the U.S. Price is def more expensive than those found in the U.S. Portions may vary depending on who is serving you. The cashier at the front desk is not consistent with charging customers (my sister and I ordered the same identical EXACT food, however she was charged 8 Euros and I was charged 7.45 Euros). We would not come back here again but it was worth a try for first visitors when there is nothing else to eat).

Two hour delivery time says it all. Had to cancel through the app after an hour when I saw it was going to take another hour to deliver. So I’d check in advance on delivery before you order. Side note the staff member was noting but apologetic and polite. But that’s the only good thing I’d say.

This boojum is more spacious compared to its Kevin St neighbour so its great if you're going with a big group of friends. The food is top quality. All of boojums restaurants serve top quality, fresh food. I've never had a bad meal in any of the restaurants I've tried. Personally I prefer the burrito to the bowl and the friendly staff here fill the burrito until they can't fit any more toppings in it. 5/5!

Very nice restaurant and pocket friendly menu. 😃 their burritos 🌯 are amazing and also i love their burrito bowls. In 10 euro in 1 burrito bowl you can have so much food that it is sufficient for 2 times 😃

Ordered a burrito yesterday that was cold and ended up giving me horrible stomach issues ever since. Staff customer service wasn’t exactly welcoming either except for the lovely young woman who was helping me at the salad bar. Very disappointed since usually the burritos are great

Supposed to close at 9pm but when you arrive at 8.30pm they are putting the chairs on the tables and tell you it is take away only. We wanted to sit down and eat our food quickly but this wasn’t acceptable to them so we just left. Fail to see why they couldn’t let us sit there to eat our food given that the place doesn’t close until 9pm.

Food here is tasty and plentiful. I had the burrito bowl, excellent choice. They were fast, got me my food, and on my way. Nice seating area inside. It was quite clean. There's good vegetarian options - check if you're vegan (goes without saying doesn't it?) and they seem to accommodate different dietary needs quite well.

The staff's behavior is simply rude, they talk to you as if you were a beggar asking for change. The food is good, but the overall experience is bad, they should know that their aren't the only Mexican restaurant in the area. Never coming back.

The staff in general is rude, it seems that they really hate their job. Although the food is good, it's overpriced and the quantity is not enough. They don't tell you how many toppings you can get within the original price, so, at the end you will find extra charges in your order.

There are loads of great places to eat on Georges Street but this Boojum was different class. I really enjoyed the food but the staff were even better. I was served by a guy called Michael. Very friendly guy. A credit to the business. 100% would recommend. 5 stars!

Really great spot to get delicious food. The staff was really friendly and they had good vegan alternatives. I can just recommend the place to everyone who likes mexican food and don’t want to spend much money.

Really good burrito, good options and friendly staff. Go here if you like burritos, the chipotle sauce is got though still be warned!

Boojum definitely has standard food the poor rating is for the counter staff who did not bother telling us that it was only take away till the time we had paid. I totally understand that if it’s almost closing time however a lady literally next to me who paid 1 minute before I did was allowed to dine in but we were rudely asked to leave. Clearly mentioning before taking order that only takeaways are being catered to would have given us an option to choose if we wanted to order or not? I could have argued and stayed however I chose to not waste my energy though I think it’s only right that I share my views at tight forum. Not expecting much of service at outlets like Boojum but as a customer I definitely felt upset with the ryde behaviour of this particular staff

Good tasting burritos but the staff seemed to have had long day and firstly didn’t listen my order out carefully and then was showing her attitude on us..

Great value for money! If you get a burrito bowl you can make two smaller meal portions out of it. Tastes amazing even when delivered to your home 🙌🏻 my go to Mexican here

Very nice burritos, supet tasty! Vegetarian and vegan options available, both very good. Staff was not rude, but very hasty, which at the end of the day is fine for a take away/self service place.

In terms of quantity, quality and taste, it’s a great choice. You can dine as well as click and collect. It might not be anything close to the authentic Mexican food, but the taste of what they serve is not compromised. Lot to choose from, perfect for vegetarians as well.

Food was massive and really tasty. We had the burrito and the nachos. The nachos were nothing special. I wouldn’t order them again. Staff were okay but not very friendly which lead to me feeling uncomfortable. Restaurant is designed that you can’t sit longer than a few minutes inside because the chairs are so hard and you can’t fit your legs under the table if you are more than 5ft. If you’re tall than choose take away or you will suffer when you eat.

Had a lovely bourito here earlier. Can't fault it. Little bit confusing as the staff assume you've been before but once I mentioned they were good.

Similar to other burritos and fajitas fast chains. You pick between bowl, fajitas, tacos or bowls, choose the meat, veggies, beans and toppings and they do it straight away. It's fast, cheap and portions are big. I think for the price you can have a pretty decent and filling meal.

Absolutely amazing! If you are a tired, hot summer tourist looking for great inexpensive quick but not junk food, with cold air conditioning and great bathrooms, this is it. Imagine almost identical to Chipotle in the States, but somehow tasting 5x as good.

Hey guys! Is the 4th time I'm back in boojum and I order on the click and collect and my order cane wrong! I always order on my short break 30min, always put in the comments no veggie no onions no peppers, I add in the section too no veg and it always comes with veggies! Its annoying and disappointed because I can't have peppers. I need to pick my food otherwise I won't eat anything else. I have pictured to prove. This is veeeery annoying.

Really lovely vegan burrito option! If you love spicy food, it's absolutely amazing! I however made the mistake of getting all the vegan goodies which all had spice, as well as the spiciest salsa, so just be careful of your spice tolarance! 😂 Will definitely go again, only down side is that they don't yet have any vegan cheese options for their burrito.
