I
would
like
to
state
that
I
do
not
usually
leave
negative
reviews.
I
bought
a
scooter
on
Sunday
16th
of
July,
two
days
later
18th
of
July
when
going
to
work
my
scooter
showed
me
an
error,
which
is
clearly
a
manufacturing
defect
as
confirmed
by
the
worked
in
the
shop.
I
called
to
the
store
and
I
was
told
to
bring
the
scooter
to
the
shop,
which
I
did
later
that
day.
After
bringing
the
scooter
to
the
shop
and
requested
a
refund,
cashier
called
the
manager
and
after
a
brief
moment
she
came
back
to
say
they
cannot
issue
it
to
me
as
only
the
manager
is
able
to
do
so
who
was
not
there.
By
the
consumer
law
and
the
receipt
from
the
shop
which
states
that
if
the
product
is
defected
within
7
days
of
purchase
I
am
entitled
to
a
full
refund.
I
was
told
to
come
back
the
next
day
when
the
manager
is
in
the
shop,
however
as
most
shops
the
cashier
has
the
full
right
to
issue
refunds
and
this
was
denied
to
me
as
a
consumer.
Now
I
am
going
to
have
to
take
additional
time
out
of
my
day
to
bring
the
scooter
back
again
into
the
shop
and
talk
to
the
manager
which
may
or
may
not
be
willing
to
give
me
a
refund,
this
is
extremely
disappointing.
