Will never purchase from this company again since they refused to honour a loyalty discount code. The (11%) discount code was received with no expiration or limitation, but was declined when I attempted to use it 15 days after receipt. Upon contacting them I received an incredibly petulant response telling me I'd already had more than enough time to use it during the preceding 2 weeks, that it would make no sense to give any discounts during their busiest trading period, and that their 400 other customers were "quite understanding"... When small Irish businesses begged for support in 2020 during the Covid Pandemic, I responded. So it leaves a very sour taste to be treated so ungraciously as a RETURNING customer in 2021. Never again.

I think it’s unfair. It’s unfair to name a table lamp Galway while it’s made in China. That lamp cost 75 euros. It’s just not fair. You know, we try to support local small shops but it seems that we can’t.

Repeatedly brilliant service. Recently struck down with Covid after I had ordered some Mother’s Day cards for pick up. They kindly posted the order out as soon as I asked. Arrived the next day in time for me to send on to the various mothers in my life.

service is brilliant and it’s a gorgeous little shop with a great range of fabulous products. my one suggestion would be to supply more items on the cheaper side - the cheapest thing you can find here is typically about a tenner.

I was looking to support Irish business this year due to Covid and came across this website. I put the order in for some Christmas cards and new baby cards at 1pm Friday. at 2.30pm Friday I got an email saying it was sent out and the cards arrived Monday. Cannot believe how quick the service and delivery was. Firstly the quality of the cards and envelopes were the best I have ever bought. Considering the prices are so reasonable I was not expecting the cards to be of such good quality. The hand written card from the company saying thank you was a lovely added touch. Would highly recommend! I will back to shop online

Was looking for a valentines card and wanted to support local Irish businesses. Came across this website which has the most beautiful cards! Ordered two on a Tuesday, arrived 2 days later. I was so happy with the quality of the cards and speed of delivery that I've ordered more.

Lovely shop with quirky and thoughtful presents, ideal for getting a high quality present or a book about climate change. Got my present for my nephew here as well as an ongoing stock for secret Santa and the like. Friendly and considerate staff, highly recommended!

Amazing shop, has so many incredible, thoughtful and useful things that you never knew you needed! Hands down one of the BEST places to shop for gifts in the city centre. Been gong here for years, cannot rate them highly enough. Not to be missed, worth a visit and a purchase for sure!
