I went in last week to buy a laptop and choose the one I wanted so found a member of staff in order to make the purchase. The first staff member took the laptop off display and brought it behind the counter to remove the sticker with the price tag and specs, somehow while doing this he managed to leave with no explanation that someone else was going to serve me and a second staff member continued preparing the laptop. The new staff member then walked out onto the shop floor and started to serve a completely different customer, leaving me abandoned at the counter, while someone else behind the counter just stood there. Eventually after about five minutes minutes he returned to serve me, however at this stage realised they didn’t have the charger for the laptop so started trying to find it, after several minutes faffing about with someone else who worked there he took out of a box a power supply which was obviously not the manufacturers own one. Being conscious about the risks of using generic accessories I questioned about the charge and was told they couldn’t find the original but (and this was the highlight of my experience) they would sell me a different charger, so not only did they not have original charger but they wanted to charge me even more to buy a different charger. At this stage I left, which to be honest is a shame as I’m still without a laptop!

Excellent service. The staff so friendly and good at their job. I got a screen protector for my IPhone 11 and it was applied perfectly. Reasonably priced. Lots of stock in the store.

Superb warranty service. Wanted to leave a tip as the service took almost an hour but they refused. Definitely my go-to for services going forward.

Please AVOID this place at all cost. I bought a JBL earbuds worth 75Eur and it only worked for a few months. When I returned to their shop in St. Stephens Green, Dublin they said they can not cover the warranty and I need to process it directly with JBL service centre which is only located in the UK. So I sent the product to the UK but to came my surprise I need to pay the postage to and from the UK, which is almost 50EUR. Also one more thing, the UK service centre wanted to replace the product with a much cheaper version because they told me the specific brand is no longer available. I told them I can not accept a mediocre version of what I bought at 75Eur so until now the replacement is still in the UK and told me that they can not deliver the product until I accept what is being offered as a replacement and until I pay the postage fee of 30Eur from UK to Dublin. This has caused me waste of money, time and effort. I believe there is a big problem on the way they process product returns because what happened to me can happen to every customer. So I strongly discouraged to buy anything from this place. I'd rather ask you to go somewhere else than get rigged by this place.

Amazing! One of the silicone ear tips on my airpods broke and I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere. These guys had some spare ones and they gave them to me for free. They were very friendly and helpful, I fully recommend their shop!

The owner was able to fix my iPhone in 3 min! The main screen was blocked and I couldn’t manage to fix it. He literally saved me as I had a ticket for a concert saved on my phone and I would have missed it otherwise!!! Thank you sooo much!!
