I went with Glofox as the club management software for a new gym I am opening (Hero's Gym) and to say I am happy with that decision is an understatement! The software is very easy to use and does exactly as described. Not only does the software impress but the customer service from the Glofox team is also 5 star. My onboarding manager Cody has gone above and beyond to help whenever I needed it and has always resolved any issues I've had, which have been very few and more just me asking questions about certain functions. Overall excellent software and service and would highly recommend Glofox to anyone.

Called the company one morning just checking other options that were on the market but not necessarily trying to switch over our software just yet. 5 minutes into the call Nick Campbell had me already mentally signed up, LOL. Brilliant service, with brilliant staff. I was dealing with Glofox’s Senior Account Executive, Stewart Wilson. A scheduled 30 minute zoom call to answer a few questions turned into a two and a half hour call, in which, Stuart gave me an abundance of great advice as well as going above and beyond with his product knowledge, explaining in depth any queries had. I couldn’t recommend Glofox highly enough.

Angus Koschmeder has been unreal! Extremely thorough. He has been super honest throughout the process looking to add value where he thinks it’s possible. He also doesn’t come across pushy (as sometimes people can) and that’s what gains trust with people. To be honest, I don’t leave reviews but felt compelled to because Angus was so great. Even if I don’t go with Glofox the customer service has been on point.

This was a really easy process, Colm our account rep was very prompt and very intelligent with his knowledge of the product. He was very to the point and was able to answer all of our questions. I am a very impatient person and never once did I feel like I was getting strung along of the feeling of trying to be over sold. We were able to get the deal from the initial demo request to locking in pricing and getting set up very quickly as opposed to other software based companies we have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend Glofox to help streamline your business.
