😠 The receptionist is a joke so rude and unhelpful you would think she was the doctor the way she goes on. Wouldn't help me when I needed emergency medicine for my son. The docs and nurses are OK. I can't wait to get my kids out of this doctors and to a better 1

Surgery opening hours begin at 8:30 AM, but if you try to call the surgery between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, the phone will disconnect, claiming they are too busy to take the call. If you try to call later, there will be no more appointments available. In this digital age, where almost everything is done through apps, it is surprising that this surgery does not offer online booking. Furthermore, it is not possible to simply walk in and get an appointment. I would suggest that the people running the surgery find someone more efficient to manage it. The receptionists also have a tendency to be intimidating when speaking to people over the phone, rather than being courteous. What is the Care Quality Commission doing about these kinds of surgeries?

Phoned up to see if my results had come back for the receptionist to say doctors not seen it yet but I don't think it's infected. How wrong was she it was infected and doctor as put me on stronger antibiotics. Why do receptionists think they are doctors stick to your own job .

Today I called to book an appointment for my son. After torment, they answered the phone. I explained the situation with my son. Answer: The doctor will call at 1:30 in the afternoon. I postponed my work until four o'clock in the afternoon. There are 3 children and a newborn girl in the house. And I will go to work an hour They arrive at four o'clock. And they said to bring a baby now. What do I do. It always happens to me like this

I am new to UK and the NHS system but after some searching, I found this GP which is near to our house. I read some comments about the reception here which gave them poor review. But actually I find that the receptionists are nice and helpful, I can fix my NHS registration quickly. Also I need to do my third hepatitis vaccination here and the GP is very helpful to make the arrangement for me. I am grateful for them. Cheers!

Terrible practice here. Im not sure if you must be quite rude and mean to get a job here but it seems that way. Guys you work in the health CARE industry and I hate to break it to you but that means you actually have to care for your patients and show some empathy. They make you feel unseen unheard and like you feel like a pest for being there. Who ever is running this place seriously needs to review the staff and give them some proper training in people skills and health practices.

5 stars for a couple of head doctors and the HSA who does your bloods, but oh my god some of the receptionists are god awful, you to ask a simple and private question and the way they respond is as if you've just done an 8 ball of cocaine in front of them , 1 particular one needs the sack really bad attitude practically shouts through the glass screen everytime I call or go to the desk I feel awful for the next month, I even avoid going there the best of times because I always feel like I'm being judged and this is by a receptionist not a doctor and you can't complain to the practice manager as she will defend them and make your experience worse, piss poor staff!

Receptionists think there qualified doctors and think they know more about your own condition than you do yourself . Excema herpeticum is an hourly urgent medical emergency nearwent blind
