Wife
and
kids
brought
me
here
on
my
birthday
after
I
said
I
wanted
desi
food
with
minimal
fuss.
This
turned
out
to
be
the
right
place.
At
first,
we
walked
in
to
the
pub
side
by
mistake,
and
I
was
massively
disappointed
thinking
the
place
was
a
dive,
but
luckily
we
were
guided
to
the
restaurant
side
which
was
much
nicer!
It
was
very
quiet
when
we
were
seated,
we
were
the
only
diners
there,
but
shortly
a
much
larger
and
louder
group
came
in,
also
celebrating
a
birthday
by
the
looks
of
it.
We
were
served
by
a
young
lady,
(sorry,
didn't
catch
her
name).
She
was
great,
very
friendly
and
talkative,
and
got
everything
right
when
we
asked
for
specific
things
like
asking
to
take
the
wings
out
of
the
mixed
grill.
She
even
came
back
to
check
and
make
sure
the
chef
had
done
as
she'd
asked.
The
food
was
much
better
than
I
had
expected,
as
I
don't
really
hear
about
this
place
a
lot
these
days.
The
mixed
grill
had
a
spicy
kick
to
it
which
is
just
how
I
like
it.
We
ordered
a
lot
so
we
had
to
get
it
packed
up,
but
we
did
finish
it
at
home
because
it
was
so
good.
The
only
bad
thing
to
say
is
that
one
of
our
plates
had
chips/cracks
and
one
had
a
little
stain
on
it,
but
we
didn't
make
a
thing
out
of
it.
Overall
the
experience
was
worthy
of
5
stars.
