Friendly and helpful staff. Replaced my watch battery really quickly - and for a reasonable price too.

Absolutely top place. I really don't want to say to much as I have other items I want repairing and there is quite a waiting list, so I don't want to many peeps getting in there. It's a rare thing to find real skill nowadays and I highly recomend them. Thing is, they don't need my recommendation or review. What they need is an apprentice.

My watch has two batteries and try as I might I could not find a jeweller to "Satisfactorily"change them, Quotes of 7days at some shops to a watch centre at Merry Hill wanting £45. J. Thompson ten minutes and £10 will use them again Very Satisfied.Friendly polite Staff. Thank You.

I took my problematic Venetian wall clock here, and had it back in superb, full working order. The technician had to even fabricate a new part, and it was cleaned beautifully. Reassuring expertise, and shorter waiting time than for competitors nearby.

Amazing shop very friendly ..everything you need for that special gift

I needed a small clock cleaned and repaired and I was recommended to this shop. I had to wait some time but that was explained at the start. The shop stated the basic fee if any more they would discuss before commencing work. My clock is now back with a guarantee sticker. Nice shop friendly and helpful staff thanks

After taking my farther in law’s ceramic watch to two jewellery watch shops in the jewellery quarter and being told it couldn’t be done took it to Louise at Thompson jewellers and what a difference in with customer service the technician said yes he could do it and wow what a transformation my mother in law was over the moon when we gave it to her last Christmas Thankyou so much for your expertise and can do attitude nothing is too much trouble at this fantastic jewellery shop xx
