Absolutely shocking! I ordered a £35.00 bottemless afternoon tea with prosseco. I was given 3 small sandwiches, 3 small cubes of cake and 1 Scone. I requested no ham or salmon sandwiches. When I asked for more sandwiches I was told i needed to pay and only the prosseco was bottemless even though I didn't have Salmon or ham they could've offered more food.... my daughter ordered ham sandwiches for £7.00 and had more food on her plate then I did for £35.00! Come on Frieda sort it out!!!!

I was so hungry when we arrived I completely forgot to take a picture of the breakfast before I started it. It was very oily (see the pictures attached). The bread was soaked in margarine so I ate the edges only. The baked beans were really mushy. It wasn't value for money as we spent over £40 for two oily English breakfast and coffees. I wouldn't expect to pay more than £5 each breakfast as it was such a greasy cafe breakfast instead of a high quality boutique breakfast. I would not recommend to go here.

Amazing 💕 The sandwiches were delicious, tasted very fresh. Perfect warm scones. Super soft, fluffy cakes😍 Strawberry milkshake also super delicious. It's such a pretty venue. We did just walk in but it was early, just as we were finishing up someone walked and was told there were no tables but they could get take away, some tables did have reserved on them so I'm guessing the get booked up in the afternoons. We will definitely be going back to try more of their menu. The team working were very friendly and accommodating.

Cute tearoom! Had a lovely afternoon tea with delicious scones and cakes. Staff were incredibly friendly as well and able to make adjustments for vegetarian selection of sandwiches with the perfect fillings. Would definetely visit again if in Bournemouth

Such a cute little tea room and the ladies were so sweet! I arrived just as they were going to close early because business had been quiet, but they stayed open for me for afternoon tea. So good!

Frieda's is such a cosy little spot tucked away on a side street. The furniture is comfy and the service quick, efficient friendly and polite. I was a bit clumsy putting my tea with the applied strainer and was immediately given a fresh pot no questions asked. The food is tasty, you can always tell when quality ingredients have been used, and I want kept waiting too long for my fried breakfast. It was good value for money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It seems quite popular with the locals too, always a good sign. Thank you

What a little gem of a tearoom. I stumbled on this tea room as result of their pink bicycle on the Old Christchurch Rd. I'd only recently had lunch but the cup of tea (Earl Grey) was excellent.

We were looking for brunch somewhere and chose Frieda's from the menu online. We didn't realize just how great the quality would be though, every bite was phenomenal and we were so full by the end of our meal. The hot cocoa is uniquely flavoured, the avocado and traditional hollandaise were both gorgeous, and all the meats were very high quality. We loved it enough that we plan to meet up here again without even looking for other places nearby.

Nice cute tearoom and clean. We had afternoon tea and the sandwiches were nice, and the scones were nice. The cake variety was a bit disappointing and would have hoped for maybe a something different other then 3 squares of just the countertop cakes which was a shame. Felt a bit expensive spending £38 for two on the afternoon tea.

Gorgeous quaint little place, lovely staff with great service and the afternoon tea was delicious. The cakes all tasted home made. A lovely way to spend the afternoon.

The cream tea tasted lovely, but it was tiny! the menu stated more food than we got, looking at the menu it seemed a decent size, 4 sandwiches, the waitress said there were 2 scones and 3 cakes so we shared one between 2, nearly £40 was a bit much for us! but only 3 finger sandwiches arrived, 3 bite sized cakes and 1 scone, so between 2 neither of us were satisfied, and to be honest I think 1 person would still be hungry after eating it. It tasted lovely, the waitress was very attentive and it’s a cosy place but the description on the menu needs to be amended to fit the actual meal.

This is the cutest place ❤️ The food is amazing, delicious and fresh. The staff are knowledgeable and talented. The owner is very welcoming and lovely to talk to. You can’t miss visiting here. This place could also be perfect for your next private gathering too. I can’t tell you enough about it and would definitely recommend this place for any occasion. Wishing Frieda all the best success many years to come. Thank you so much for making my day and visit in the windy Bournemouth 🤗💐

Amazing place. So friendly, tea was delicious. Brought sausage rolls and water out for our dog without us asking. Highly highly recommended 👌.
