Corey did a great job of diagnosing the repair of our Octane Elliptical over the phone through texts and videos to avoid an extra housecall since we live an hour away. He was able to order our part and schedule our appointment for repair. He was on time, friendly, fast, and did a great job of explaining how to use our machine. Very professional. Definitely will use them again.

I needed a treadmill moved from the garage to my second floor. I got an appointment in a few days. They showed up on time and in about 30 minutes the whole job was done. They also lubed the belt for me. Payment was also quick and easy.

Ultimate Fitness Solutions delivered and setup our True ES700 recumbent bike. Cory called with proposed date & times and we locked in delivery. He provided me with details as to when they leave the shop and informed me I would get a text when they are close. Bo & assistant arrived as scheduled and they quickly assembled the bike like true professionals. Upon completion, they provided guidance on using had me test the bike.
