Household goods furniture electronics available here prices are quiet reasonable but not that cheap compared to other shops located at Agartala. Can visit if you are looking for these things also their prices are almost fixed but sometimes provide discount during festive offers. I have bought many products from them but electronics are little expensive. Most important you can buy PS 4 there as they are the only dealer of PS in Agartala can also be found in other local shops but they charge higher as compared to Giriraj. No games are available only consoles. Furnitures are also good but not of modern designs these are of old fashioned and also a little expensive. Overall I would say its a aboce average shop with all goods under one roof.

3rd class service, behaviour with customers depends on what product you purchase.... But once you are done with the purchase, they will treat u as if you were a thief or asking them for free things. Price is extremely high, compared to any other shop in the city. They will try to sell you the products in which they earn the most profit, even if you know the product is bad and won't sell you the thing you want even if it available. I will not recommend any one to go there for any purchase. Rather go to any other shop in the city. It won't be any different. They do not provide anything special or worth your precious time.

Very bad giriraj smartwood Experience. I bought a bed and dressing table from Giriraj’s Smartwood few days ago. He gave me a very reasonable discount from the shop. But I didn’t know these two goods would charge so much money for Installation. I made many requests that 200 rupees reduce from 1000 but he did not reduce. This is what I saw when I bought goods with lot of money. I request to giriraj owner for reduce heavy installation charges. And those who are thinking of buying from smartwood will understand and buy. Nxt time i will think twice before i buy. Thank you

I bought a set of Godrej wooden Wall almirah and one motorized double bed from Giriraj furniture, Agartala .And in that I find the staffs who attached to the commercial activities are coutrtious as well as well acquainted about the goods in terms of delivery and fittings and so on. They have a variety of items for household needs,staffs behaviour is good ,pricing is bit high in terms of anything you buy.

Overall experience was average. The sales men doesn't know the correct price of products.

Tomorrow I bought a voltas 450 visi cooler rs 40500. When delivered it I found some manufacturing problem and it's also a defected piece light not working dust on back as u can see on those photos

Do not buy any product from them. They do not give after sales support. The sales man are just there to sell you items with smile, after that they do not help. I would rate a 3rd class store. They are just making money no customer service
