This Samsung cafe has better knowledgeable staff than the other one which is at battala. As that store is near to my location, first, i went there to extend my device warranty,but they directed me to go the service centre to do so. But as we all know, there was a huge queue due to the pandemic. I came back and went to this store here kaman chowmuhani. As the staffs were quite knowledgeable and humble they offered me a seat and helped me out by extending the warranty. This was not the first time,few months back when i faced same sort of problem, someone of them helped me out by making call to me even after few days when he got the solution. That's what we as a customer want from a company

Bought Sleepwell Mattress from this store. Here's my experience : Shop : They pride themselves as "Sleepwell Gallery" but all the mattress on display are having thick dust deposit on top. Haven't seen such a dusty place like this. And they're selling even electronics among this dust. No fans or AC where customer will visit. Pricing : Sleepwell original website is giving 10-20% off (approx ₹2000 off for a 20K mattress) and providing 2x Cloud Pillow worth ₹2000 free. But this store is giving hardly 3% off (₹500) and giving an extremely low quality pillow for free that is worth ₹250. On top they're charging for home delivery of 2km distance at ₹350. Whereas online you can get free shipping to your doorstep. So from Sleepwell original online website, you'll get benefits worth ₹4000 but in this offline store, you're getting only ₹400 benefit. Owner is not having any clue of their own website offers and simply believes that there is no discount online. Later gave random excuse that they're not getting enough commission so they can't allow discount. After sales: Asked for a better pillow at extra cost but they simply forgot to inform me and sent the low quality ones anyway. Summary : This is just one of those countless bitter experience with offline sales in Agartala. These businesses are living in a bubble and completely oblivious to the customer satisfaction and service quality of outside world.

The product that I bought was a Furnisteel (SteelnStyle) Wardrobe and it was a good buy. But the smartness that the sellers showed was with the carrying charges ! Sending two of their own salesmen, they charged a whooping ₹1500 for carrying to a distance of 1.5 km and a first floor destination. Whereas, it's not more than ₹500 anywhere else. Hence, the 3-star is for their service and unethical practice, but with the product, I am satisfied.
