I was doing a complete North east tour in my KTM duke 390, I had a break day at Agartala so I went to do a basic check up of my bike. But found out the rear tyre has to be changed when I asked the service manger he said we have MRF tyre in our godown so I said get it. I waited for more than 2.5 hrs n they didn’t get it so at last I decided to walk out n find a tyre shop n fix it by my self. The service engineer had quoted me 6000 for the tyre. Later I went n found out there was a MRF dealer very close to the KTM service Center n he had the tyre where I found out the tyre was for 4000 so I fixed it there. So never ever trust the KTM service Center of Agartala.

The official staff there has been very good with the customers and has treated me very well. I will try to give them five stars as a customer and will do it for others in the coming days.

Poor after sales service. They were good 4 years back but now they have started taking their customers for granted. They are only concerned about selling you their bikes. After that they forget you. They took 12 months just to register my bike (2nd bike from KTM) and haven't recieved the physical RC till now. So it's already more than a year now and I still don't have my RC with me. Pathetic. Was planning to get another bike from them but now I'm not interested anymore.

Worst service centre ever! Their labour charge is higher then an any ktm part. And they telling it as gst cgst nonsense! i suggest not to visit ktm showroom if in paid service better work it from outside. I wanted to give them 0 star if it was possible. They getting advantage just because there are only two showroom in tripura one in agartala and another one in Dharmanagar! inki maa kaa bhalobashaa 😂

Worst service centre I came across in my life ! My vehicle is being held up for more than four months now. The management is very poor, lack of professionalism and proactiveness. Lack of professional mechanics and spare parts are not available at all. Worst experience ever ! Avoid buying KTM bikes in Agartala.

No urgent parts are ever available..zero after sales support from you people..n you try to loot people as much as u can..horrible experience

Worst service. Actually no service at all. Only those who had experience it will know. Those people giving 5 stars here are either fake or for publicity. I would like to give zero star for what I had experienced. Oh they don't know to keep the value of money they had received. Human? Want lots of money, but smiling isn't enough. Need to give service worth the money. Shame

The most irritating service centre the work done here are too lenghty,no proper ktm parts are available the entire working staff here are so unprofessional

You can hardly find bike parts here. Wait for 3 months for break cable clutch cable throttle cable etc.😂
