This is one of my favorite spots ever. Their menu is fresh, local, and unique. The staff is always happy and kind. Even though the wait times can be predicted to be long, they almost always get us in, in a timely manner. The cinnamon roll, and smoked salmon Benedict have always been my favorite. So you might imagine my surprised and sad that when I went a few months ago that they had changed their menu. I sure hope it’s brought back and that they continue as they have in the past! I ended up getting a vegan breakfast bowl which was good on my last visit and a super tasty latte! They even let us sit outside and we didn’t wait forever! Though i will mention it can be pricey eating here as a heads up!

I was very restless which seemed like a long time for my food. However, our food was amazing. I am so glad I remembered the recommendation if I'm ever back in Duluth. My breakfast burrito was so delicious. I loved the light flaky tortilla. The grilled hashbrowns I think really made the difference. Bravo!!! I will definitely be back and then order one to go as well.

First off, parking is awful, but worth dealing with for the experience. Very busy place. You need to get on a waiting list if you want to go. Friendly staff, very clean, drinks and food were great! A great brunch day out catching up with friends. The coffee mugs are adorable too 😊

This place is absolutely delicious! First time there and they were able to accommodate 20 people at the last min with a little wait! Waitress (Andrea, I believe) had the most wonderful customer service ever! She was very happy and was patient with the huge group! This place will for sure be a stop whenever we head Duluth!

Duluth grill has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a rustic and casual interior. It often gets busy, especially during peak hours, as it is a favorite spot among locals and visitors. The menu features a range of dishes, with both vegetarian and gluten-free options.

I want to start out with every employee was either laughing or smiling. They genuinely seemed like they were having fun. And that always makes everything so much more fun and enjoyable. Let's get to the food. We had the spicy peach chicken and waffle plate. Holy smokes was that incredibly delicious! I had about an eighth of a plate left and I was totally full. But it was so freaking amazing that I had to finish it! Absolute must have if you visit! The other was the Everything Skillet. Wow! Fresh, hot, delicious and very filling. Again, the service was amazing and fun to be around. If you're ever close by, you HAVE to come here and give this place a go. Having said all that, there is usually a wait. But, on their website you can put yourself on their waiting list. I would absolutely recommend you utilize this. I mean Duluth isn't known for always having beautiful weather. So the less you have to wait, the better. They do try and keep you comfortable though. They have nice seating with fire pits. Really adds to the ambience. I hope this helps. Cheers!

The place is always busy, but always worth the wait! Plan ahead and put your name in the online waitlist and you will be fine. Amazing food, and I appreciate all the hot sauce options. I enjoy the well rounded and creative takes on breakfast standards. Coffee and the Bloody Mary’s (which are creative, but not too over the top gimmicky like some places) are excellent too!

Visiting a friend who lives in Duluth and she took us here to Duluth Grill. Lawdddddd let me tell you! I wanted to eat here everyday during our trip (sadly, we didn't). Our food was so flavorful and plentiful. The coffee and hot cider I ordered was delicious! The service was also great! Cannot wait to visit again so I can try more menu items!

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had! Organic ingredients and everything we tried was tasty! I had the Meat Eaters Omelet, which was stuffed full of tasty meats and gooey cheese. My husband had an amazing Hash Skillet with the most tasty homemade hash. My son enjoyed a hearty helping of Cinnamon Frech Toast and don't forget that Caramel Roll. We will return!

“Cynthia” our server was amazing! Even better than Cindi’s service… the food! I had the hash, Michelle had the Mexican omelet. We BOTH had the Carmel roll! Oh my, so good. Very pleasing stop today. Duluth Grill, we’ll be back.

I have been here at least five times and I don’t live in Duluth— so that should tell you something. I have never had a meal or an experience at the Duluth Grill that was less than excellent. All of their staff is wonderful. Their food is inventive, but solidly delicious. The atmosphere is bustling and welcoming. They have GF, vegan, vegetarian options. They are not pretentious or snobby, just great food, a step up from most places, and well priced. They take care of their employees. They use local, sustainable food. They are a model of a great restaurant. ♥️

Duluth Grill is awesome! A very popular place so arrive expecting a potential wait time. I will say though, that the wait is worth the reward. The flavors of their dishes, the service, and the area are all great. Brianne was our server and she was incredible - she went above and beyond to help us decide between our dishes we ordered. She even topped off our coffee to go!!! She was one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant. I noticed someone also was making sure to clean the restrooms regularly. Which is appreciated! Highly recommend Duluth Grill.

Outstanding accommodation for gluten, dairy and soy sensitivity. Food and beverages were amazing. There was a glass liner b/t the booths - oh my goodness - I could hear so much better than when there is an open kitchen and dining floor plan. These folks are doing great job cleaning b/t customers without it having an over powering cleaning fluid aroma.

A trip to the Duluth Grill is a walk into a culinary new world. The menu is extremely diverse and inventive. Everything that comes out of the kitchen, comes out with clear pride. We waited for over an hour because of the reviews being so high. It was very much worth it. Lately, I have found myself overindulging for the sake of reviewing as much as possible. I started with the Chai Tea Latte and a Raspberry Mimosa… YES to BOTH! Wonderful! I had just run the marathon the day before so I was very hungry. I ordered the Verde Bene. It was amazing!! Bacon was delicious. I also got a side of potatoes. They were seasonal I believe with rosemary. So freaking good!

Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. I had the county fried steak with a biscuit & gravy. For my side I had two fried eggs. The steak was thicker than most place I have ate at and lean. There was four of us and we all enjoyed what we ordered.

We were visiting from out of town and made a stop to Duluth Grill on Sunday the 25th. The waitlist online made the process very easy, but be warned, this place is BUSY. Which makes sense, because it ended up being without a doubt the best service and food i’ve had at a restaurant in AGES. They have fire pits outside to hang out at while you wait, which we all thought was a cool touch. Our server Selina was an absolute gem. She was helpful, kind, patient, and really just went above and beyond during our visit for brunch. I also have to say I am so pleased that the menu had a ton of options for tea-drinkers. I don’t drink coffee, and it seems that breakfast spots never have much to offer aside from regular green or black tea. I noticed how terrific their coffee menu was as well. Their food menu is fabulous - but it’s SO hard to choose! I was agonizing over what to get, and decided on the farmers feast with eggs, bacon, gouda bacon grits and a caramel roll. Others at the table got the Billy Bob Burrito and a Carnitas Skillet, along with avocado toast. Everyone agreed it was an incredible meal. Portions were also insane! Be prepared for leftovers, or a big nap afterwards. As we were wrapping up, someone mentioned it was my birthday, and Selina packaged up a piece of pie for me (which she positioned on some whip cream so it wouldn’t slide in the car on our 4-hour drive back home) which was really the cherry on top. Talk about incredible service, food, and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

Great restaurant. Great service. High quality ingredients on well executed meals. If there was one change I would make it would be portion sizes.

Top notch!! Came in on a Saturday at about 1:00pm, and we (4 people) were seated without too much of a wait. Lots of natural light and fun decorations in the interior. The menu had a lot of options and I went with the Billy Bob Breakfast Burrito. The burrito was delicious!! The buttermilk fried chicken was perfectly done, and the mixture of eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage gravy was perfect!! Everyone else loved their food as well! Blueberry pie was soooo good as well!! One thing to know is that the Latkes are not made from potato. They are like a quinoa and sweet potato mix. The menu doesn’t clarify that. Service was quick and consistent, no complaints there, would definitely come again! It’s an awesome spot to check out!

Was very welcoming right when we walked in! Great service and amazing food. My wife got the Custard French Toast and let me try it, soooo good if you like a sweet breakfast. The Huevos skillet and would highly recommend if you like a savory breakfast. My son got the cinnamon roll French Toast and enjoyed that!

We loved Duluth Grill! We visited on a Friday for breakfast and got a spot right away. Our waiter was very friendly and welcoming. My husband ordered the Mexican Omelet, which was super tasty, and what was probably the best French toast Ive ever had. I had the barbacoa hash, which was a new item in their menu, and it was amazing! The sauce was delicious, and I wish I could replicate it at home! It was a great experience through and through! We attempted to visit last summer, but it was too busy! That's a good sign for what was to come!

You can’t visit Duluth without dining at the Duluth Grill. Phenomenal food, wonderful service and the kindest staff. They are BUSY, almost always, so be proactive and join their waitlist ahead of time and I promise it’s worth the wait. Their Bloody Maria is a MUST otherwise do yourself a favor and enjoy a Sunrise Smoothie. My favorite plate is the Curry Bowl.

Our first time and it did not disappoint. It was busy (on a Monday afternoon). And now we know why. The food was amazing. My husband had the original Benedict and I had the chicken Benedict. Oh my goodness the gravy was so yummy. Excited to go back and try something else.

Duluth Grill was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff were energetic and kind, and the drinks were tasty! I got a bloody to start and it was huge, it came with all the fixings and a cute lil side car. For lunch I got their smash burger. It was SO good. Their house sauce is AMAZING and the roasted smash potatoes the server recommended were unreal. The waitlist was 40 people long before we got in, but I think it was worth it :)

it's a well orchestrated chaos! The staff are fun to watch as they make all their chaotic activity look so smooth and easy. Their food is incredible as is their house coffee. I ordered their corned beef hash skillet with eggs over easy and it was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who is into both amazing food and service.

This place really deserves all the accolades it gets. One of the best brunches I've EVER had. And their online reservation system was seemless and worked very well and made the wait much simpler and less stressful. The place is exceptionally well run considering the volume of business. Oh and the Bloody Mary's are outrageous....in all the best of ways!

I used to work here years ago and still talk about it constantly! I always come back when I’m in town and I’m never disappointed! All the food is phenomenal and unique and it’s a plus that it’s locally sourced! I always have to get the smashed potatoes and the DG tea. Service and atmosphere is great because the staff actually wants to be here because they are treated so well! 10/10 would recommend!

Went on a Father’s Day and it was absolutely packed but we still got sat pretty quickly. I ordered the pork belly on English muffin and it was delicious. My friend ordered the skillet and loved it as well. Would highly recommend.

Incredible food - all organic - we will be back! We tried the Bibimbap (which was on Food Network), the Farmers Breakfast, the Korean Brussels sprouts, French toast, the Reuben sandwich, and one of their cocktails. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! My only critique is I wish they had coke products.

I had an incredible dining experience with some truly amazing food. I decided to order a berry blend smoothie bowl and whole wheat pancakes with honey butter. The combination was perfect, especially when I drizzled some of the maple syrup from the pancakes onto the smoothie bowl. The flavors blended together beautifully. My son opted for the Ruben sandwich, and he absolutely loved it. The taste and quality were wonderful. Oh, and I couldn't resist taking a glimpse at the cinnamon rolls—they looked absolutely amazing! Overall, it was a delightful culinary journey that left me thoroughly satisfied.

It’s great place for breakfast out for food in general! I really like it, staff is very nice and polite. It’s not too expensive. They have loads of different sauces in offer however all are spicy… I have asked for my meal to be no spicy but still received spicy sauce on the top… I have asked for cider then been told they don’t sell ciders, after some time I have noticed sign with ciders you can order…. Waiting time was about 10 minutes and waiting to order and then to receive order took some time as well but was worth it.

Good food, great service, great atmosphere. There were 50 people waiting in line when the doors opened promptly at 8 am. Quickly filled the restaurant and by the time we finished and left there was a waiting list of 30 parties. By 11 am there were 72 parties on the waitlist.

I’ve been coming here for years. My parents brought me, my aunts and uncles brought me, I have met cousins here. Now as an adult I stop in when I’m in Duluth for a good meal. It’s all been remodeled since I came here last. Very clean and modern and the food is still just as good as ever. Our server was great too.
