I
recently
stayed
at
the
Radisson
Hotel
Duluth
for
a
night
with
my
family.
The
hotel's
location
was
quite
convenient,
and
the
check-in
process
went
smoothly.
However,
I
must
say
I
was
rather
disappointed
with
the
condition
of
our
room.
While
the
room
had
ample
space
and
seemed
welcoming
at
first
glance,
it
was
let
down
by
several
maintenance
issues.
The
shower
curtain,
remote
control,
baseboards,
sink,
and
tub
all
displayed
signs
of
age
and
neglect,
with
visible
mold
and
rust.
These
issues
greatly
detracted
from
our
overall
comfort
during
our
stay.
Despite
the
positives
of
the
location
and
check-in
experience,
the
room's
condition
left
a
lot
to
be
desired,
and
it's
an
aspect
I
hope
the
hotel
management
addresses
in
the
future
to
ensure
a
more
pleasant
stay
for
their
guests.
I'd
like
to
clarify
that
my
dissatisfaction
with
the
room's
condition
at
the
Radisson
Hotel
Duluth
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
in-house
staff
or
the
hotel's
employees.
Rather,
it
seems
to
be
more
related
to
the
owners,
management,
and
perhaps
the
overall
brand
standards.
It's
essential
to
recognize
that
the
hotel
staff
were
courteous
and
professional
during
our
stay.
However,
the
room's
maintenance
issues
and
overall
condition
were
a
letdown,
and
it's
my
hope
that
the
hotel's
management
and
brand
take
the
necessary
steps
to
address
these
concerns
for
future
guests.
