Place is clean. They don't have food as one worker stated not enough employees. Takes forever if you want water. The payouts horrible. Play 200.00 today and no bonus at all. That is horrible. Went like 3 weeks ago got bonus with 5 coins and only got 7.00. That's horrible pays. Place seems to want to absorb money. You can't even leave without someone asking for money or cigarette outside doors. You always have these same two men that follow around or stand behind people thats annoying

lots of fun new games and also some older favorites... I had some luck and really enjoyed myself, and in the end I was a little down on cash but my spirit was lifted... so it was still a win... and a beautiful short walk to my downtown hotel on a beautiful day...

Fun place. Great staff. Wish there were tables to play… but at the bar they had the machines to play the card tables. Walked out with money lost, but what else is the fun if you don’t go through some money in when you’re on vacation!

We have been coming here a few times a year for atleasr the last 20 years and it is greatly improved. I don't wear a blanket of cigarette smoke anymore, it's updated with new machines and it's not crowded mid week.

Gambling is called gambling for a reason and is considered an addiction. There's no promises of winning, just luck. So I would suggest never going to a casino with more money than your potentially willing to lose or if your really lucky to invest.

You can't smoke in the casino like most casinos let you now. You can't get your own pop like other casinos. A lot of loitering outside of the casino. Homeless hang out begging for money makes it very uncomfortable coming in to gamble. Never really win much, and I come A LOT.

Would of put 0 stars. I had a horrible experience at this casino. One of the worst!! NOT 1 BONUS FOR OVER 500$ I CAME IN WITH!! PATHETIC!! STAY AWAY. It isn't because of lucky or whatever else the casino will blame the reason in responding back to this review. Tons of pan handlers and people in the stair well sleeping. The Casino should take my money and put it towards better security measures. I was more concerned about my safety and getting robbed just waiting for the 20 minute elevator so I stupidly took the stairs... Have been to many casinos and this one will that won't see me again. It was a fun stop to make during my last minute xmas shopping trip. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. The escalator is is probably my favorite game to play there cause its fun n free but theres plenty of slot machines to play. Has its own parking garage. Theres no smoking in this casino...

Casino is just a casino, be careful going to and from there. Many people out by the entrance on drugs trying to bum money and other (stuff) from you. Parking lot smells of urine. Sad to see duluth turning into a place like that.

The downtown Duluth's Casino had not to long ago just underwent a face lift! (Freshly Remodel!!) And it turned out FANTASTIC! As well as they are updating new machines every single day! Always having fun drawings and doing exciting player club drawings and games all the time! The bar is fully stocks with drinks the great food and the employees are friendly and fun to get to know! It's a wonderful clean environment! And a fun place with lots of shining lights!

The casino is small only 2 floors did not see any table games. Play for less than 30 min and won 400 so cant complain, there were several strange characters outside the door bagging for money thou. But that is to be expected, had fun though

Also known as fondu, gambling from black jack, to slot machines, you can also get adult beverages and there's food too! Food is a little pricey, it's as close to Vegas as it gets, without going to Vegas and there's plenty of parking too!

My wife had a small backpack/purse. Security guard turned us away. Said it was because of Covid??? Regardless be with the times women wear all sorts of bags it’s 2022! Needless to say they probably don’t need our. Money but I will feel good not spending a dime at this casino.

Very small casino machines are great but promotions are terrible especially for players club members you can spend 1000's of dollars and only get 10 bucks players club rewards cash. If they worked on their players rewards and add in tiers like the grand casino and do the same stuff for their players then i would rate them 5 stars.

This place is a casino downtown right in the middle of Harlem it looks like a lot of tweakers and just shady people hanging around in the elevator stairwell we had actually stepped over people shooting up drugs but the casino itself all tho small was very cool and we actually won $1,000 bucks so we love it

Very nice and friendly at customer service when cashing different Tribal Check. Very good. I go back everytime on the first Thursday of every month when I get my check. And it's a lovely place to be around.

Went in to use rest room and it was so smokey I wanted to turn around but I had to use the rest room quickly it's dark and the restrooms needs updating the whole place do

The casino was bright, clean and smelled fresh! When we sat down a friendly waitress immediately came over to ask for our drink orders. The machines were new and fun! Had a good time on a week night 👍

Very non profitable. Machines were so tight, not once in any machine I played on, did I get one lousy bonus round. I don't expect to strike it rich, but a win here or there might be nice.Not being able to smoke while playing sucked as well.

The casino is good..but the neighborhood seems unsafe or at least not where I want to be if I won money In the parking ramp stairwell last time I was there two people were just shooting up drugs and one of them seemed to be passing out, while the other was telling him he could handle it...i informed parking lot security and they didn't seem to care, so i went back to make sure they didnt need 911 and then I saw the two men just hanging out in front of the casino so I guess they were ok...they just left a needle sitting in the stairwell Idk I have to say that isn't where I am spending my casino dollars any more Better to drive up to Blackbear if you can

Just some insight, rarely will you win at this casino. Money goes in but never comes out. It was only the first time I played that I won only a couple hundred when using a player card. Then each time I put the player card in after I didn't win anything but a deficit in my pocket book. . However if I don't use my players card I do win and only a hundred here or there. It would seem the machines are rigged with the use of player cards. Therefore, odds rigged against you and the favor goes to the casino. Isn't that illegal. Hmm. Just saying. Casinos tell the customer not to cheat or count cards but why is it okay for them? Of the many times I've been to this casino I've never seen anyone win big. I guess only the casino gets rich 😔 I've won more in Vegas and spent less time in Vegas casinos then this casino why I don't go anymore. You will lose.

The casino is clean and nicely located in the heart of downtown. They do have a parking garage (for a fee). The casino is on the small side, but it has everything you need. I love the change machines are the same as the ticket payout. Makes breaking large bills quick and easy!
