This was a very informative class regarding evidence based decision making and understanding my options for birthing plans. However, I am giving only two stars because the experience was degraded by the fact that the instructor referred to me as a “birthing person” over 100 times in the span of 7 hours so as not to “offend” anyone. My personal pregnancy experience has been very difficult physically and I have not felt connected. At the Womb Room, I was hoping to feel empowered as a woman and had even considered joining their yearly yoga class in search of a supportive community, but instead I felt denigrated and reduced to some kind of a baby factory. I believe any birthing class should leave political agendas outside their curriculum. More than a chest feeder, more than a birthing person, I am a woman.

Kristie taught an excellent Holistic Birthing Class! She is empathetic and educated. The curriculum was written and illustrated in a way that made the information approachable. My husband and I enjoyed the group environment. We were supported and encouraged by everyone. Our experience was so positive that we ended up moving forward with finding a doula to help us continue with education and support during the rest of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. I am so thankful that The Womb Room exists. They are here to empower and comfort you!

I took Comfort Measures & Spinning Babies Duo with Kristie Graybill and it was AMAZING. Attending this with my husband was a really great bonding experience to ensure that we are on the same page and in this together as we get ready for labor and feeling prepared for the actual day of labor. We both learned SO much on how to prepare my body - things we can do together. Kristie's energy, encouragement, experience, and knowledge truly made me leave the class feeling as if we are prepared. I originally signed up for the class with a nervousness that my baby was breached (turns out baby is not breached) but the class is so helpful for anyone preparing for labor no matter how your baby is positioned. I am positive I will have a better birth experience because of this class! Highly recommend :).

I just completed Womb Room's 6-week Childbirth Series and was so, so happy that this was the class we decided to take! There are so many options out there when it comes to childbirth education, but I'm confident that Womb Room provides a completely unique experience. The course focuses on building a community of others around you, everything you need to know about childbirth as well as encouraging birthing persons and partners to advocate for their preferences throughout the process. It was empowering to learn about all of the different options out there when it comes to the birthing process. Kristie was our instructor and she was absolutely wonderful! She made the class time fly by and was a wealth of knowledge! I've also heard that the other instructors are great too, so you really can't go wrong with choosing to go with the Womb Room. This was one of the best decisions we made in our pregnancy/birthing experience!

Attended the 7 hour Holistic Childbirth Class taught by Kristie Graybill yesterday with my partner. We both got so much out of it. Kristie is an engaging educator and creates a space where everyone is comfortable to learn together and from each other. I would highly recommended this class to any first time parents to feel educated and empowered during their labor and delivery experience.

The Womb Room has been such an amazing blessing to our family. My partner and I attended the Holistic Childbirth Series that was taught by Kristie Graybill. The course was fun, engaging, and comprehensive. It helped to facilitate so many positive and supportive conversations between my partner and I. Now we feel prepared and ready to rock our natural birth and will be forever grateful to the talented and knowledgeable instructors at The Womb Room. I highly recommend this course to any birthing person. You will be welcomed into the most supportive and loving community where your questions will be answered and you will become mentally prepared to embark upon the birthing journey with confidence and joy.

We have been using Womb Room to get ready for the birth of our first baby. We found our doula through them and have been utilizing their yoga and educational classes too. The instructors are engaging, friendly and very knowledgeable. The space is warm and welcoming. They cultivate a sense of community with all their families, and have other community events outside of their classes. I also love that they are welcoming and inclusive of ALL families and birthing people. I would definitely recommend them, if you're looking for just a pre-natal yoga class or a holistic birth and postpartum support team!

Kristie encapsulated my placenta and it was such an amazing experience. I was so worried about sending my placenta out somewhere and when she said she would be coming to my house I was so excited. She walked me through all the steps and allowed me to watch the whole process! She is so kind and personable it was like having a friend over and not awkward at all! She also taught a class I took at the womb room! That not only instilled in me that the information I knew was right but I was able to learn so much more. The class was such a chill non stressful environment and Kristie is such a fun teacher! I will definitely be returning to her and the womb room for services with my next baby! Highly highly recommend for all mommas and partners!!!

I am in LOVE with this place! I signed up for the holistic package and am so pleased with my experience. My Saturday mornings are not the same unless I go to my prenatal yoga class. I feel so uplifted, empowered, supported, relieved, relaxed, and Rejuvenated when I attend this sanctuary. The Womb Room is such a beautiful place to allow women to come together and support each other in the miracle of birth. My Doula Antwanette has been a gem. I am so looking forward to having her at my birth. She has been my go to when I have been struggling or needing guidance and I’m so grateful to her and The Womb Room. Yesterday I took my childbirth class that came with the holistic package and I feel like all of my worries have been calmed. I feel empowered to have the delivery that I choose. I feel educated to make the decisions necessary for a beautiful birth. I’m obsessed with this place and want every pregnant woman to go through The Womb Room and experience all the love and support that the sanctuary of a place provides.

We took a fantastic one-day Holistic Childbirth Essentials class here with Kristie Graybill. It helped both myself and my partner feel a lot more confident about birth and gave us a lot of helpful information to educate ourselves about all the possibilities that can happen during childbirth and to help me decide what we want and how to best advocate for myself and the baby during labor. The space is warm, cozy, and bright. Highly recommend!

I love all of the services that the womb room has to offer. We just finished the six week holistic childbirth class with Kristie and it was excellent. We learned so much and created a good sense of community with our classmates. It was especially important to have my partner so involved and so educated on birth. She brings in different speakers and there were some really great resources that I will be using now. I feel more empowered about my upcoming labor and delivery.

I love the Womb room! I did their prenatal yoga and also found my postpartum doula (Karen) through them. I can’t say enough positives about Karen! She was so so wonderful in every way. She helped us start off on the right foot with a prenatal visit to give advice on how to prepare as a first time mom to twins!! During postpartum, she provided emotional support, breastfeeding and newborn education, and helped with all household tasks! The thing I loved most about Karen is how proactive she is. It’s tough during immediate postpartum times to have the energy to create a list of one’s needs…. She would spring into action and help without instruction. She worked nonstop the entirety of her shift! She was a confidant and advocate for me and my husband throughout the entire process. Also a wonderful cook! If I ever have another baby, I will for sure hire her services again!

Kristie was an AWESOME instructor. We took the Postpartem and Baby Basics class and the Holistic Childbirth Essentials class. The content was well paced, informative, and not prescriptive. Each class worked to build confidence and guidelines for actually doing the thing. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This place is a gem. I tried out prenatal yoga at the Womb Room in the beginning of my third trimester and quickly became a regular. Classes are perfectly paced, and it's such a calming, welcoming space. My partner and I also signed up for the single-day Holistic Childbirth Essentials class. We had considered taking a class like this online but appreciated hearing from other parents-to-be and the chance to try out "comfort measures" in-person. Kristie was knowledgeable, engaging, and made a nearly seven-hour class way less painful than it sounds.

My wife and I had the privilege of taking Kristie's All Day Childbirth Essentials course and were very happy with the experience! Kristie is a very passionate and knowledgeable teacher and makes everyone feel so welcome. We learned the questions we should be asking of our provider and ways to be more prepared for labor. I feel more confident going into this process as a first time parent and support system for my wife during labor. The class is definitely worth going to a few months before the due date! Thanks for all the resources and information!

We completed the one day holistic childbirth education and a few of the adjunct classes including infant feeding and comfort measures. They have all been enjoyable and so informative. We have been given materials to look through in addition to hands on practicing of the comfort measures. Kristie is a funny and informative instructor who made us feel comfortable asking any questions and really created a great environment for learning! We feel more confident going into our own experience with the tools we learned from the Womb Room. I would highly recommend to any one!

I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the space, the presenters, and the entire experience. I learned a lot, and it was such a nice space to be spending time in both physically in the studio space and the way the presenters facilitated.

There aren’t enough words of kindness to return in favor for the gift Kristie provided through the service of placenta encapsulation. Her presence and words of timely encouragement after giving birth are enough of a convincing blessing in themselves. She is very thoughtful and time efficient with the processing and encapsulating; she is quick with communication to schedule and follow up, and the end result is a more emotionally regulated you postpartum. Best decision ever!

As a new parent I was very nervous. I cannot say enough great words about Kristie and the experience we had at the womb room. The class was informative and fun. It was great to not only learn how to care for a newborn but also feel a sense of community with other new parents and instructors as we got ready to make this huge step in life. We continue to keep up with post birth classes as it is helpful to feel as there are support options through this great company! If you haven't booked your class yet...get on it!!

We purchased the Complete Eduction package and Unlimited yoga to prepare for our sons arrival. Going to these classes really calmed my anxiety around birthing and the birth experience. I felt empowered to make the right decisions for myself and my family. My partner and I learned what to expect and how to advocate for me during labor and delivery rather than just doing whatever they said. All of the instructors here are so friendly and they answer all of your questions thoroughly. Additionally, each of the 4 classes sent us home with a workbook with more information in it that we have been able to continually refer back to. Prenatal Yoga really helped to clear my mind and made me more flexible and open for birth. I took the breathing exercises we did and applied them during my labor. The Womb Room made a huge impact for me and I really think it’s because of them that I was able to feel so confident and have such an amazing birth experience. I continue to do Postnatal Yoga as well as Baby and Me Yoga, both have been amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My husband and I took the Holistic Childbirth series with Kristie Graybill in preparation for the birth of our son. The class was comprehensive, evidence based, and so effective in helping us feel more informed and prepared for this journey. Kristie is such a knowledgeable and compassionate instructor who offers great insight and support. We can't recommend Kristie and the Womb Room enough!

My partner and I would recommend The Womb Room and Kristie Graybill to anyone expecting (especially first time)! Kristie and the Womb Room team fostered a welcoming, comfortable and supportive learning environment during the Holistic Birthing Essentials class, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We left feeling more informed, connected and empowered. The experience from registration to completion was flawless and community-focused. We especially appreciate the inclusive approach to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Thank you and we look forward to additional classes.

The one day Holistic Childbirth Essentials class was incredible. There’s so much information out there and it can be super overwhelming at times, so we were more than happy when Kristie presented information and strategies that were meaningful and specific to our needs. The most meaningful takeaway for me was understanding my rights and the function of interventions and decision I make in the delivery room. The comfort measures section gave my partner more confidence in his ability to support me during labor, delivery, and advocacy throughout the process.

Jonelle has been incredibly helpful for my newborn and I with breast feeding by conquering latch issues, favoring one breast to the other, diagnosing a lip tie, and help with pumping at home. She has great assessment skills for lip and tongue ties, which helped guide having my daughter’s lip tie treated, and has eased my own anxieties as well. I am so grateful for her help and I highly recommend her to anyone having any difficulties, or simply as a resource when home after discharge from the hospital. It’s truly valuable to have support and great personalized nursing care come right into your home for your newborn.

I took the Lactation & Feeding Basics Class at the Womb Room with Jonelle. As first time parents it was a super informative class! Jonelle is very knowledgeable and gave us lots of good tips and resources. I highly recommend the Womb Room to anyone on their pregnancy journey.

I attended a hybrid version of the Childbirth Education class with Kristie. Although the class is offered only in person, because of the snow Kristie was willing to try something new. The class did not disappoint. Even via Zoom I was able to hear her clearly, engage in discussion, and participate. She made sure to include my partner and I and checked on us often to make sure we didn’t get lost in the virtual space. Now, had the snow not been an issue, one opportunity that would’ve made the learning experience better was if we had access to the physical workbook and worksheets. Kristie accommodated by reading them out loud to us, showing us the pages and gave us page numbers to go back to upon picking up our materials. I have since picked up all my materials and let me tell you they are just as thorough as she was. Great class overall. I left feeling so much more confident in the birthing process and as a result of the class my partner and I have been engaging in some really helpful conversations And practice for delivery day.
