I am a musician and Dr. Koerner is the best . He treated my daughter like she was his own child. He is funny and kind as well. He never made me feel uncomfortable or like he was a know it all. He is a very down to earth physician and I wish more physicians were like him . Do not go to Pediatric Center of Frederick. Take your child here instead . Greatest pediatrician I have ever been too.

Dr. Koerner was exceptional. He spent the time needed to really get to the root of the issue, asking very thorough questions. He was very enjoyable to be around and made my son and I feel completely comfortable. He personally called with the results and even complimented my son on the kind of person he is!

Glad to have nice experiences each time we visit. Making an appt is smooth and we are happy we can make same day sick appts at a office near to us. We like the staff at the Ballenger office. Kari is very helpful explains everything well.

Great customer service, This was my first time at this location and I am beyond grateful that I went to them they will definitely be in my planner for the future, for the past 12 years I have been taking my kids to the Thomas Johnson location I didn't even know boundary Creek had their own location until Thomas Johnson said they had no openings months and months down the line so they said I could go to the Ballenger location, they definitely did not disappoint there was two different appointment times as I like to get my children in the same day did not get all out at once and they even took them before their appointment.

All 4 appointments we’ve scheduled have started on time and been thorough and helpful. All physicians and PAs have been caring and attentive. The nurses line was wonderful for an after-hours concern, too!

Frederick Pedictrics Associates staff, nurses, and doctors are wonderful. They get you in to be seen quickly and answer all of questions and concerns!

Our now 4-year-old has been going here since he was born, and we've had really wonderful experiences. The office and nursing staff is great, and we've always been able to schedule same-day sick visits or get on the calendar easily for wellness exams. They are very good with communication too, even when I've called the nurse line to ask questions. Most of the providers we've seen here have been wonderful too. I will say there are several providers, so my advice is to find one you really like and try to see that person regularly. We love Dr. Kari!

I have been taking my kids to Frederick Pediatric Associates for 4 years and have no complaints. Easy scheduling and great staff. We love seeing Stefanie for our appointments.

I love FP Ballenger because of Doc Thomas. He is super nice and knowledgeable about everything. He has been seeing my oldest since 2019 and my new baby as well.

We love FPA and the care my children receive. We've been patients for over 8yrs now. Awesome that we can now text the office to schedule appointments. Text option makes managing docs/school notes, med requests alot easier! Still loving FPA and especially Abby, and staff at the Ballenger Creek office! Thanks you for always taking such good care of us! Nurse Abby even gave my Abby a few gifts when I brought her in on her Birthday. Amazing 😍
