The B&B was a great location to be by the downtown (lackluster with decent restaurants) and close enough to round top mountain, where we planned to snowboard. Our room was adorable and the romance package was a really nice touch! We felt very welcomed by Kim and she even brought our breakfast to the room for a small additional fee. We couldn't have had the same cozy experience at a hotel so I would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

My husband and I were married at Fallen Tree Farm in June of 2023. Kim and the staff were amazing! Our wedding was not only everything we wanted, but also didn’t break the bank. Kim helped plan everything for our special day and ensured that nothing was overlooked. I can’t say enough good things about the Inn. It was lovely, cozy, and beautiful. Our wedding will be a day we never forget, and an added bonus we can always come back to the B&B for our anniversary to reminisce. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

We only had 1 day to experience Fallen Tree Farm, but we had a wonderful time. If you want to take a step back in history, and see the beauty the Inn has to offer, this is the place. Breakfast was served so elegantly and was delicious! We will definitely return for another stay.

Had my wedding here in August! My husband and I loved everything about it! We got so many compliments on how beautiful the place was. Pictures do not do this place justice! The staff was amazing, the food was amazing. I also didn't have to lift a finger. The staff and owner put everything together while we were busy getting our day started! I really miss this place and can't wait to visit again!

Great time! Great owners. The house is almost certainly older that our nation. We loved our room, the library. It had a fireplace, mini fridge, couch, and more. We shall return.

My 3rd year going to this B&B (during the Chrysler Nationals). Impeccable room, wonderful breakfasts, and excellent staff/owners.

Place is BEAUTIFUL! Truly an 1800 Farm House that is clean and authentic to its roots. The owner, Kim, is super friendly and provides an excellent, full breakfast. We will be back! 5/11/2023 Stayed again and just as awesome as the first time (especially Kims breakfast)😎

Our Son was married in the ruins of an old stone bank barn. It's a shady, rustic, and beautiful location. The reception was held on site under a large tent overlooking a green Meadow. Everyone enjoyed the experience!
