😠 Not a wonderful apartment complex to live in for the crazy amount they charge for a renovated apartment. They claim this on their website & under new management. Not a wonderful apartment complex to live in for the crazy amount they charge for a renovated apartment. They claim this on their website & under new management. Very friendly in the leasing office. The property owners are not available to talk too. I have so many issues with this new apartment that is supposed to be renovated. No attention or contact has been made besides the first complaint I made with the flooring coming up and the glue the contractors used has been coming up all over on the faux vinyl floors. Pictures on website are not what the apartments look like. The property is not maintained at all. Greenbrier Management Company is the corporate office. I’ve called, left messages, & emails to no end. No calIs or emails back. My family and I moved in September 1st & it’s almost November. NO ONE can give me answers, everything is being ignored. Don’t be fooled as I was. ***Update*** The Vice President of Corporate came out over a month ago and promised to get things done. Never apologized. They refuse to fix my ac and it’s uncomfortable sitting at a 80 degree temperature all night. Now that someone moved upstairs they’re roaches everywhere. The ceilings look as though they are caving in and I can’t even get them to provide fans for myself and my family! If there was a quarter of a star I wouldn’t even give it to them.

I was going to wait until I moved out to leave my review, but clearly if you want anything done, you have to go to extreme measures in this complex, for starters, this is the worst complex I’ve ever been to in my life. I can’t wait for the lease to be over. It’s not worth the money in this complex. From being lied to about having free utilities to saying my apartment was renovated is crazy. I put in work orders every month because it’s always something. Pest control is terrible. I have to constantly bomb my unit due to roaches and bugs throughout this complex. It’s honesty very disgusting and I feel this complex shouldn’t even be habitable. It’s really 1 step above section 8 housing with high end prices. This apartment is dangerous to raise a child in. I wanted to wait until my lease was over to post this review but I feel like it should be done now. They offered me a new unit because mine was never renovated from the previous people who stayed here, but told me I had to pay extra for my rent to be in a newer unit. There’s so many false promises they told me they would fix since I’ve been living here and haven’t. When people ask me about this complex I tell them don’t move here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Constant billing errors, constant lack of communication. Paying extra for a washer and dryer that barely works… the list goes on but hopefully these pictures do some justice

Moved into my "renovated" apartment a month ago. The walls are extremely thin (you can hear every thing going outside and above you, noise complaints do nothing), glue which may be toxic has been oozing out of the floorboards across the entire apartment non-stop(they do nothing about it), dirty toilet water with poop flooded from the bathroom above me FOUR TIMES (Maintenance never came to my door, only upstairs to "fix the problem") each time my entire bathroom and toiletries were covered in blackwater with only me to clean it up, half of the outlets don't work, the garbage disposal was broken before I even moved in, and the place is infested with cockroaches (even after Terminix comes and sprays). To top it all off 10+ cars in my lot, including mine, were broken into in a single night.

If I could have this place shutdown entirely I would. They moved me into an apartment that had a roach infestation when I was postpartum with a newborn. Then a tenant had a fire and I was moved into a gnat infested apartment following. I had to live with my parents for 2months before I could return. There was little to no communication since they switched between 4 managers from the time I lived there. DOCUMENT YOUR PAYMENTS because they will try to overcharge you then say you didn’t pay your bill. Idc how desperate we may be as a society I’d rather sleep with a grizzly bear then ever step a foot in this place ever again. If you’re one of those people saying everyone ones experience is different I truly wish you the best of luck . 🤞🏾

Very expensive to rent and the apartments are old, they renovate them and they look worse. Apart from that, they are full of cockroaches. I recommend you look elsewhere. From experience, I tell you that I do not recommend them.

When first moving in it was nice Crystal was very helpful. Then came the bedbugs and the utilities became a problem with water leaks and things to that nature still not horrible. But then I moved out b/c the increase was not justified and then my final bill arrived. My water bill was ridiculous something like $300ish. When I called to get an itemized bill and for them to look into this atrocity (mind you there was already a dispute foe the prior bills while still living there) nothing no answer no return calls emails then bam sent me to collections. Still trying to get in contact NOTHING!!!

Lake Village made applying so smooth. They were welcoming and help me find the right apartment for little family! They are pet friendly & the staff is kind and pleasant to work with. It’s a huge deal getting your first apartment by yourself! They have made me feel safe and at home. Applying was worth it & I finally feel at home!

I moved in this past July, and I love my apartment.:) The ladies in the office are awesome and very personable. I love the fact the neighborhood is pet friendly because it was something that I was having a hard time finding in this area. The maintenance usually responds to my tickets the same day or the next day. I feel comfortable enough where I am to renew until I'm ready to make my next move, such as homeownership.:)

😠 Do not apply here you will regret it. Trash literally everywhere, regardless of what your rent is add an additional 200 to it monthly to accommodate all the additional fees they charge every month. 😠 This place has mice, rats, and roaches. If you call for pest control you will have to wait weeks. They never answer the phone in the office & when they do they feed you with lies to get you off the phone. I was expressing my concerns with Cindy and she hung up on me instead of helping. 👍👍 I have visited the property several times. Overall, it is decent. My friend was having some issues within her home. I happened to be there when Khali came to resolve the issue. His presence was better than the maintenance at my building. He knocked before entering, introduced himself, reviewed the i...
