Tysons Fix and Repair was a great experience. I had to change the battery and the bands on 5 watches. The technician there was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time with me to make sure I was taken care of and got everything done in 1 hour. For just over a $100 getting all that done at high quality was a good deal. Highly recommend for your watch needs

I had a very pleasant experience today with fast fixed jewelry on my lunch break. I took in two watches for repairs, These guys are phenomenal I have the watches repaired an under hour. If you need your watch fixed will battery changed. These are the guys to do it thank you again.

Located inside the mall on second floor above Halal guys and McDonald. I went to watch battery. The kios outside was charging $30 and they charged me $20 so I was very happy to save $10 by walking few steps from the kiosk. I went again next week for another watch which was different brand. They charged me $39 which was double the price of first watch. I guess they have variable prices based on brand. Service was good so no complaints.

Fast-Fix provides exceptional service - timely and quality work. Last Saturday, I needed a battery replaced for a Shinola watch - work the Shinola store a few doors down needed to send out for replacement. The mall was packed but just 20 minutes after dropping my watch off at Fast-Fix, it was ready to pick up. Good work!

I want to thank the lady I talked to at Fast-Fix last week when I brought in my watch which had stopped running. I thought it needed a new battery, but she said since it was solar-powered, all I needed to do was keep it in the sun or a bright light for 48 hours and it would start running again--no need for a costly repair. FastFix is awesome. The staff is friendly and understands the importance of fixing precious jewelry no matter how big/small, expensive or inexpensive. They always give an accurate time-of-repair estimate and typically over deliver on that. It’s great to be able to drop something off, walk around the mall, and pick up your fixed item all in a few hours. They are trustworthy and dependable.

Fast upfront prices with no surprises. Had an issue with two of the four watches I dropped off for battery replacement services. When placing the battery in those watches they explained there were some dirty parts but the staff took the initiative to clean the parts for me and it worked. Greatly appreciated!
