Emily was very kind and a huge help! She was very thorough when answering my questions when I called ahead to inquire about certain scents near the end of a sale and was able to recommend alternative scents for ones I was looking for that had sold out. She was absolutely amazing and had great energy at what I'm sure was the end of a long day. Overall, she made my experience a great one!!

My mom loves this store, so I got her a gift card for the holidays. Can't beat the service here. I think every employee said hello and asked if they could help me with anything. Felt like it was a very positive experience and the employees were are there just for me.

Good product Friendly staff But need to improve cashier procedure. I cam 4-5 stores and bought a lot of product but they scan one by one.

They have hand soap with nice fragrances for Christmas.

Manager had an attitude and was rude to my little girl. She saw her washing her hands ,we were testing some soap, and this lady* went there to clean the area while my daughter was still washing her hands , I had just moved and saw what she did and how she was doing it... she handed her some paper towels to dry her hands and I Thank her from like 6 fts away to let her know I was watching. My girl was drying her hands and walked toward me and then she say "close the faucet, come back and close it" giving her an order on a mean way. (The tone) and her whole body language was just mean. I wouldn't write this review but she is a very sweet girl and she makes her feel really bad about the whole situation. not the best customer service , specially from the one in charge of a store and toward a little girl.

The twice yearly sale is the best time to go for everything to be super cheap.

Staff is pretty friendly. Their app is easy to use, and you can combine offers. Good selection of products.

Well staffed mall based shop. Located upper level near the food court and pink.

The some of the employees were nice helped us but when we were at the cash register this one employee brenna she was rude to us all we asked her to do was if she can check the price of a lotion but she came off really rude to us and raised her voice at us saying this 75% off but we just wanted to know the price and came off rude

Shoutout to Rachel and Cindy and also all the other employees at the Sterling VA location inside the Dulles Mall. I ran around smelling all the candles and they answered my questions and then in a rush to use a free coupon in the checkout, I knocked over and broke a bottle of lotion. I offered to clean it up, but Rachel and Cindy told me no and that is happens more often than you think. Thank you for being great!

The employee I worked with was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a sale buy 3 get three free which I took advantage of. They didn't have a sale on 3 wick candles which was a bummer.

This was a well stocked and organized BBW. It is tight to move around so strollers wheelchairs but have some difficulty. There was plenty of staff on hand. This was the largest men care line I have seen at a BBW. It is also attached to the White Barn so they have more home fragrances than normal.

Emily went above and beyond for customer service today-- I was so impressed! I called about an hour before closing about what scents remained at the end of a promo day, and she went through my list with me to check on availability, and even recommended similar scents to those I had wanted that were out fo stock. I came in to make my selections, and she helped me find everything. Absolutely amazing experience, and kudos to her kindness and energy at the end of what I'm sure was a long Saturday!
