We are in town for few days and due to a friend's recommendation, we went to experience this new club in Kolkata. Out of all my experience in clubs round the world, this club showed me the worst. The lady manager needs to learn some manners on how to handle clients. Only me and my wife was given the admission subject to cover charge of Rs. 5000, each! However, my friends were not given admission. Reason being? There were no couples! This is absurd! I denied the admission and walked out. Bear in mind, I have the VIP access in Pacha, Barcelona, their management organisation (so what they claims). I never had such absurd admission system there. Anyone planning to visit this club should keep these unprofessional behaviors in mind - specially from the one lady and few others (the bouncers were courteous however) - I am truly disappointed. This experience ruined the groups mood. This is just another club afterall, the least they can be is a bit more polite, service oriented and professional.

Security guy at the gate is too rude and arrogant. He misbehaves with guests and insults them inspite of paying for the cover charge and refused them the entry to the club. When they asked him not to touch and talk. He is tall and with moustache. Club management should definitely remove this kind of people from there club. Who brings bad name to any organisation.

Although it's a great Club 👍 The staff at the property were good and generous. But, the thing is why can't we bring our backpacks inside the premises??? Food was good As I don't drink so I won't judge about the bar menu.

Its a cool club to go in if you have a nice budget, since it is on the expensive side. The crowd is nice and the music is too!

I would not recommend The Toy Room club based on my experience. The management's rigid and unaccommodating attitude was a major letdown and I would advise potential customers to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and welcoming experience.

We held a brand event at the place. Our area was quite lit and guests enjoyed a lot. Services were also great along with the food. Looking forward to be there soon. 👍🏼

Worst place ever management is like you can get the entry if you know someone who is managing the party and all, stag entry isn’t allowed after giving names for the guestlist and also bouncer behaviour is there that good rude behaviour for guys.thankyou THE TOYROOM

The experience was really good and bitter at the same time. The bouncers literally kicked everyone out around 1:30 am that too on Navami Night. What was this behaviour? They charge more than the other clubs and the hospitality we recieved was such a downgrade. Please behave properly with your customers from next time.

A great place to hangout with such a great hospitality and stuff behaviour.this club comes with such a beautiful and unique vibe.The drill and showdown process is one of the unique and beautiful concept accross the Kolkata.if you the party animals you should attend.

Truly annoying and improper staff. No proper behaviour, keeps staring and talking about you and judging you. This one woman staff literally started talking inappropriately about us about and judging us when we said we didn't want any drinks. They stand in front of u and keeps staring at u for no reason. Very uncomfortable staff. The ambience on the other hand was good

Very bad...they will loot ur money due to coverage charges.vibes are disgusting.stuffs will judge you..you will not get privacy in washroom as well.you will feel like you are in jail.so suffocating..you can't enjoy after paying ample amount of money....

Toy Room Club is definitely one of the best night clubs in Kolkata, with absolutely chill ambience. Planning to let loose and enjoy Kolkata night life well this is just the place to go. With amazing vibes you will experience one of the best parties of the town.

The DJ needs to be changed immediately. They dont understand music and the art of mixing. Randomly songs are played. The sound system is also bad.

Toy Room Club is great for living night life. DJ is obviously have some awesome tracks to get the crowd on the floor . Crowd is classy and a best place to hangout with friends. First timers would definitely love this place.
