CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! You will get many fake 5 star reviews which are all hotel staffs. You will be able see them in the hotel if you go there. Recently, they are luring the customers with the low-price booking but at the hotel they are denying check-in. I waited for nearly two hours as they were asking for the extra amount of whooping Rs.900. Oyo customer care told me to either cancel the booking or to pay Rs. 900 and disconnected the call. Later, when we were leaving the hotel being harrassed, they gave us a room which had a malfunctioned AC. They have done this harassment to many other guests also. Try to avoid this hotel or become harrassed. The rooms are small but ok. Photos are fake. Only some of the staffs behave good.

My stay at the lodge was decent overall. The accommodations were comfortable, but some aspects felt a bit dated. The staff was friendly, yet the service was occasionally slow. The location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. While it didn't exceed expectations, it served its purpose as a functional and reasonably priced lodging option.

It was really a good experience I have there. It was all about clean and good rooms, properly arranged and well decorated. Stuffs were gentle with their behavior and helpful too. Food quality was quite good.

I would like to give negative ratings if possible. The rooms they have shown in Google or in any app are far away from reality. Rooms are oily and congested , oily foul smell will irritate you. When I asked them to clean , they said random couples are there for 2 hrs to 3 hrs room booking, that's why they have huge crowd and they are unable to clean the room. Even the bathroom are very dirty , it shows that they haven't cleaned it in decades. They don't have wifi, don't a door lock, so if you want to go out of room, upu have to left it unlocked. Very very unhygienic place to stay. Please aboid this stay.

Please don't go at the said hotel. Visited on 14th May 23 night Lift was out of order. Reception at 2nd floor. Tough for Senior citizens Upload pictures and present condition of rooms not same Floor and bathroom are dirty In double bed room there was no space for foot stepping in one side Staffs are not professional enough Stay with two senior citizens. They come from Mumbai. They said It's their worst stay at OYO.

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Absolutely classy and comfortable. The staff, tight from the entry point, to Front Office to Restaurant to Room Service to House Keeping, everyone of them is very courteous, considerate and helpful. I liked the way they enforce Covid Safety protocols. Well maintained,

The checkin experience was a disaster. Basic amenities were not provided. Toiletries and water were not given. No room cleaning was done. This hotel thrives in the business of providing rooms to couples on an hourly basis. Definitely not for family stay.

Wash room were not good. Pillows were not good or damaged. After complain only they will clean your room if you planning to stay more then a day. Lift not works 50 percent of the time in a year. Except this everything is good. Initially they had their own kitchen and menu. But now they closed the kitchen for some reason. Drinks allowed. But cigarette 🚬 not 🚭. 3000 fine if you or your room found with cigarette smoking 🚬. For hazardous safety they implemented this rule.

had the worst experience. The room I booked looked like a dream in the pictures, but in reality, it was a nightmare! Terrible conditions, nothing like what was advertised. Moreover, the receptionist asked for extra money because we did a paid booking.

They do One hour couple stay business only, for young kids it's not safe place, Rooms are too small, online they show you good pictures of the room but really it's heal and heaven different, parking not available, finding the location is too difficult, they don't display the hotel name outside...

They asking for extra charges i have booked the room pre-paid but there told add extra 30%chrge for 10 o clock chek in and they take extra room prices as the booking online prices very very bad you should better for this in indrokola in hotel the Westin plaza very bad don't book

The bedsheet and bed was full of period's blood with lot of dirt..even after the service boy cleaned the room ..pillow cover n all... And the room walls were even more dirty.they said they dont hve enough cover!

Not Hygiene, Geaser not on, Foot Mattress, Window Broken, Bed cushion too Soft, TV Properly not working, Also WiFi Not Available. Totally worst experience 😞. Suggest Don't go OYO... Normal Cheaper hotels better than OYO Facilities.

Totally fake no management nothing receptionist's denied to give room and asking 3000 extra to provide room. Totally i was upset and in new city I was searching hotel due to this wrong information and management. Trust is down on apps. I will never book hotel by this app

I recently stayed at the Townhouse Westin Plaza Dankuni and I have to say, I was very impressed. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff is polite and friendly. I visited there so many times..location wise they are perfect.but they need to clean their rooms perfectly.their wifi service is very poor..everytime I go there i need to use my hotspot to turn on the TV.otherwise the hotel is good..highly recommend..

I booked in clear trip. Don’t book hotel by all these reviews. Hotel owner told rooms not avaible which is booked in clear trip. We have other room you need to pay 1200 and then when I proceed for cancellation of clear trip when they called owner, he’s replying we have rooms available. Now clear trip not refunding my amount I paid 3200 for 1 day waste of money waste of time.

Very very very bad hotel. Very dirty very bad behaviour of hotel staff. Serviceing is also very much poor. They add service charge. They take almost 1.5hours to make our 2 food items and after 1.5hours they serves only one item. Very bad experience and very poor. Never go there. Also they take much more amount than Oyo application.
