One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life , if you really want to visit hell then book this hotel, intire room is conjusted as well as expired sops were in the washroom, his receptionist not know how to talk to their customers. the images given in the website is not the real one that was not trust worthy .be carefull while entering in the room there might be camera in the room , visit this hotel on your own risk.Their receptionist asking for the extra money while you checkout from the hotel.Be safe before visit your this place. seafty your priority

I was very much disappointed and embarrassed by the type of service they offered and the the way they treat their guests. Please check the below points before booking this hotel: 1. The hotel staff and the receptionists are way too dumb and arrogant. 2. All the rooms were very dirty and smelly. Bedsheets had brown stains on them. 3. There are no hot water geysers in any of the rooms. 4. Bathroom are way too dirty with leaking taps, toilet seat and doors broken. 5. The hotel lift service will be closed in the night time. 6. They refused to provide toiletries/towels even though it was mentioned on their website. 7. For any service issues, their only reply was 'please adjust'. Even though, I spent a huge some of 90,000 rupees on this hotel service, I ended up being embarrassed in front of my guests who had came from different parts of country.

Clean rooms but my bathroom was impossible with no space to use the toilet! Needs to be repositioned immediately! Room service slow at night. Biggest drawback, no card facility available for payment. Breakfast needs to be looked into. Suggest, that eggs should be cooked to order. The parathas were very thick and less filling, sandwiches were not up to mark.

This hotel is in front of garbage dump yard. You will be suffering with foul smell in complete 1KM radius of this hotel and also within the hotel. Only choose if you dont have any other options.

Worst place ever, hotel people will literally harass you while checking in, even in this property people who sits in the reception completely unprofessional, they belong from service industry but they are not serving they are over there just to harass people.. I'll never ever recommend to anyone Even after checking in you'll be able to see unclean washroom and torn pillow cover.. Food quality also not up to the mark according to the price.

Hotel is situated near Dankuni housing colony. Rooms are spacious there is a small wardrobe too and a centre table with chair. Queen size bed which is comfortable for single or double occupancy. Breakfast is complementary. Food served was good and tasty,'. One of the most important and major problem is the washroom which is very smelly with no proper ventilation and they don't even put any air freshener. This is a major problem which they need to resolve otherwise all are ok'.

I just asked them to give me the bill of month MAY then they reply "Past month bill not possible right now month is over" They do not provide 1 or 2 month old bill.
