Excellent service The staff are truly the backbone of this place – hardworking lovely people, anything you need, they’ll be able to point you in the right direction. They help to make the experience and stay worthwhile; they were all friendly and catered to us better than we had imagined. We had to leave before the Onam celebrations started and the staff were kind enough to serve us the traditional Onam meal, even though they didn’t have to. On the day we left it was midnight, but they still surprised us with a nice slice of goodbye cake, and we exchanged our byes.  Gym and pool  The gym is somewhat basic but that’s all it needs to be, you can probably work your full body out while you’re there. The pool was where we got most of our workout from, 4ft deep and long enough to get some smaller laps done while there – a great way to start the morning. Breakfast buffet  A range of made to order dosas available and a nice range of breakfasts options included, there was some variety each day but for the most part the things on offer were consistent – which is good because we enjoyed what we had. Room cleaning They always did an excellent job and kept our room looking spotless. A couple sweet notes were left which we thought was a nice touch.  Laundry service  Quite handy when you’re traveling, price list included on the pictures. They wash, fold and bring everything back to you, usually on the same day except for one occurrence which was our fault. Security  24/7 Security at the front door/front gate, helping with the door and any baggage – or if you need pointing in the right way. Location Ideally located for attending tourist related activities within Fort Kochi. Fort Kochi beach wasn’t far and there are rickshaws doing tours for 100rupees at the beach itself. Be aware they would ask for you to visit local shops so they can get some commission, we didn’t mind having a look around, after all you're under no obligation to buy anything.

For a 2 star hotel its good. But their prices should be more reasonable. All staffs are were friendly. I had few problems which they immediately taken care off.

Recently i booked small space hall room for my makeup classes ,3 days seminar ... I am totally satisfy with all arrngements , behaviour of staffs was very good . They are very polite and helpful.... i have decided to book this place again and again.. Hall rooms are so presentable and clean.

All the staffs doesn't know how to behave they were very rude...rooms are extremely dirty small and there is no service that you can enjoy... don't go for it ..it's such a mess

Loved it. Really good accommodation and the room service people are really nice. The beds are also nice. The best part is the bathrooms. They are bigger than the rooms itself and really clean and good. Plus point is the free unlimited wifi.

I visited this place for my friend's wedding. I found the banquet is very congested, toilets are not clean, hand-wash not available inside washrooms. This is only my review for banquet.

F&B Service is just awesome and Customer interaction is just out standing. For 150- 200 gathering, their banquettes are absolutely fantastic and under the budget within Central Kolkata specially organizing any office program, Conference, Marriage party or international interview. I got quite pleased by their overall presentation.

Good clean hotel with friendly well behaved staff. They have 3 big banquets also.. We were wedding guests and stayed for 3 days also.

The room that i stayed in was a single bed room for INR 800, it was a very small room and not upto the expectation, no tv, no ac, no switches near the bed, Location is good though, you'll get buses, auto and taxis easily. Not recommended for a low budget room, it has good rooms though in a little higher budget.

Nothing great about the place if your guest list is more than 200 people, it's a small ,cozy place but unfit to accomodate large crowd .... Decoration & location is ok,but if unsuitable for marriages !

Very friendly staff with good hospitality. The good part is it is in the center of the city. The only disappointment was the A/C, it was not working.

Had a reception party. Clean and decorative. Affordable rates compared to others in the area. Capacity is 500 to 600 approx.

A very nice place but the biggest problem? Traffic. Especially during the peak hours such as 10-12 and 3-7. Aside from that the place is very nice. Comfy place as well as the catering is acceptable, or should I say Manageable depending on the ones you hire/choose. But definitely one ace to consider if you're having a small ceremony of closed relatives. 200 people and it should be enough space to move around and enjoy nicely and have some while at it.

Service and staff is very good, rooms are ok not worth the amount charged they are reluctant to show the rooms before making the payment of you reserve in advance, checkout is quick and flexible , check in is not need to pay for a whole extra day even for a few hours , it's close access to most locations surrounding areas are good , once again the staff is very courteous and humble nice people

Rooms too small. Foods price is high but quality and taste is very poor. Poor parking space and road heavily crowded in peak hours.

We booked for 3 days and paid advance for the room. They forced us to leave the before your our booking. It was a worst hassle my trip in india. They got a high paying customer for the room and literally forced us to leave. Being it medically attention needed mother they didn’t even told us in advance. “Worst customer service” is a great example here

This place should not be recommended to those who are looking for comfort and hygiene. Rooms are too small and shabby and rates are too high

It was our 4th event in Green Inn Banquet. Everytime they have exceeded our expectations with the food quality and arrangements. Their cleanliness and politeness will make you feel like home.

Prices are bit high for new year. The rooms are alright. Room service is slow. The staffs behaviors and foods are good.

Just checked out from this hotel. This place is unbearable and filthy. No wifi provided and no customer centricity. Not at all value for money
