This is pratik here .I strongly advise against considering the Olive Service Apartment. I cannot emphasize this enough – do not engage with them. They have engaged in fraudulent practices, including posting misleading pictures of a different building. The actual building is entirely different. Unfortunately, I have personally experienced a financial loss due to their deceptive actions. Beware; they are not trustworthy. They literally eating our money . I have already made a complaint in Agoda against them . I have the room video , my booking details .. if anyone wants to confirm can ping me . I repeat think twice before booking this .

I had booked olive service apartment in their website from 7th to 10th dec 2023 at Newtown kolkata.i had booked for 1bhk service apartment wherein it was mentioned that it would have a attached kitchen to the room.but to my dismay it was not that.i was given a room.the concerned person promised me to shift me the next day but it was mere words and nothing was done.so please think twice before booking olive service apartment at Newtown kolkata

Very good apartment. Love to stay with my family during vacation. Staffs here also very prompt and active 24X7. Very good experience.

They gave me a room with a wonderful front view of the park and river tributary. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 16 odd days, and I had the best time overall. Would highly recommend them.
