i just shifted from mumbai and visited the gym as i was highly recommended by one of my colleague, but i didn't even have a look at the gym cause i was very ill-treated by the receptionist. The rude and un-professional behaviour of the staff lead me to walk straight out of the gym. It is very sad that this is how the customers are turned down, leading to a loss of both the parties.

Loved everything about the gym. The equipments. The running track. The ambience. The elegant and classy members. But mostly loved the trainer Rupam da. He is the bestest my favourite trainer of all time...God bless hum n the gym.

Facilities are awesome. Trainers are good. But they have raked up their membership fees a lot over the past year. It now costs 7.5k + taxes for 1 month. Also, you should be careful about their club rules. They won't give you a refund if one of their gyms close down. They just tell you to go visit the other branch. In my case, the Elgin road branch closed down and they told me that refund is not possible. I'll just have to go visit one of their other branches. That sucks :P

Trust me, the gym area is sure to leave you speechless. The equipments and the interior is amazing. I have been a regular to this place for more than a year and I love my sessions. The trainers are wonderful and help you stay motivated during the entire session

One of the high profile gyms in Kolkata. Hydraulic machines, clean and well maintained gym. Not so co-operating trainers.

They have this very bad habbit of shutting down their branch without any notice and then the members are asked to use other branches which are approx 10kms away from one’s residence. They even refuse to refund money .. absolutely horrible service.. all the awards given to Rush is fake.. absolutely unprofessional!!!

The best place to work out for professionals like us. Rush Camac has a trainer called Avinash who is the best in the business.

I’ve been working out at gyms for 10 years and Rush Fitness is hands down the cleanest gym I have EVER been to. I was so impressed. There were staff constantly cleaning the equipment. The music is super cool too - like lots of remixes and good sound system. I’m from New Zealand so obviously very foreign and I felt comfortable the entire time. If I return to Kolkata I will definitely come back here.

Gym closed during lockdown and till date there is no communication from the management. I paid 32000/- just before the lockdown, feel so damn cheated. People be beware before parting your hard earned money for joining this gym.

Shut down the gym without any notice and taken money aswel we lost our hardened money & still many members are waiting to join the rush camac again and thinking they will recive notice about gym reopen and not joining other gym, zero professional

The Management has shut down Camac Branch to save on rental and now they are forcing members to shift to their other branch’s.....

Rush Fitness is the perfect fitness experience. I have been quite lazy, when it comes to staying fit and working out, but after a week or so, I was looking forward to my fitness sessions. The team and the equipments they make a lot of difference. Amazing

Trainers come to you only if you pay but they respond if you have query. Lacks many equipment.

I was very excited to join this place, and the facilities look excellent. That said, when asking about memberships I was answered in a deeply rude and patronizing way. I was also chastised for wearing shoes on the premises when there is no obvious sign that they should be removed (and certainly no clear place to put them). This may well be one of the best gyms in the city, but it does little good if potential customers are put off by staff members who are there in part to make us feel welcome.

A complete waste of money. They are among the ones having the best equipment in the city, but be prepared to have one of the worst experiences in any kind of service, not just a gym. The complete team of staff, right from the gatekeeper, the cleaners, receptionists to the manager, are a bunch of incompetent people and I think inexperienced at managing any level of centre, let alone managing such a gym. And when you feel as a member you could put across a feedback to the top management, you come to know that there is no way the owner could be contacted, not even an email, and the head manager or whatever they call him is a failed model and a part time gym manager. Talk of total mismanagement. I want my money back.
