    An excellent space to achieve your fitness goals. The coaches are extremely well-informed and pay attention to each trainee and help them out. Highly recommended if you are looking at becoming a fitter, healthier version of yourself.

    I do the hour-long online sessions with Mettle (Shaikat) from Chicago. I find these classes extremely helpful as they are personal, customized, and challenge-driven. Everyday day is differently designed with a fine mix of CrossFit, Strength training, Cardio, Stretching, etc. per my need of the day and also depending on my short and long team goals. Shaikat's depth of knowledge on nutrition and body mechanism helps to guide through the process of choosing food the right/best way on a day to day basis. He is always available when I reach out, flexible with my timetable, and pushes me with a fine balance to keep me on track. I have been working out with Mettle since June 2020 during lockdown from home. I have completed six months with him and lost 16 pounds (7.3 kgs) slowly and consistently, exactly how I wanted to. I have lost fat, gained lean muscle mass, and feel much stronger and energetic to perform my daily tasks. Additionally, I have seen my migraine subsiding, which is a bonus. I would strongly recommend Mettle Fitness Studio to anyone who is conscious of their health, wants to get back on track, leads a sedentary lifestyle, or stuck at home to lead a fulfilling health journey. Thank you Mettle for your immense contribution to my health journey.

    I have joined many gyms previously and never stuck to any of them after a month or so because the progress was almost non existent. But Mettle has changed my life. Not only am I excited to visit the gym everyday but after 5 months of attending regularly the progress I have seen in me is incredible. Thank you Pratik Da and Saikat Da for your support and always motivating me to do my best.

    After a long gap from any fitness activities and with an annoying ankle injury, I was looking for a suitable gym where I can revive myself. I came across Mettle Fitness Studio through Facebook and contacted head coach Shaikat. After a brief discussion about my current body conditions & my goals Shaikat put me on training under Pratik. With Pratik's guidance and constant encouragement, I am able to do weighted push ups within a month of joining the gym which I have never thought of. The proper techniques which I have learnt here improved my fitness and strength day by day. Thanks Mettle Fitness Studio, especially Pratik for your support and always motivating me to perform better.

    I LOST 15 KGs IN 90 DAYS ( 77kgs to 62 kgs)😍 Mettle is the best gym you can find in the city. This was my first experience of me joining a gym in my life and what a wonderful experience💚. With their help I reached my Goal before time. Riju, Pratik & Shaikat ( Trainers) were very kind and helpful to me from the beginning to the end. So now me leaving the city and going to Chennai where I got my new Job. I will miss them all. Thank you guys❤️❤️ #Mettle

    Shaikat and his team at Mettle fitness have transformed my life to be honest. I am based in London and got in touch during the pandemic. We started the virtual sessions and talked about what I wanted, which was to gain muscle mass and get in shape. We changed my diet. My fitness and form doing exercises changed completely. I had been doing many of them wrong for years. I tried several other fitness regimes and trainers prior but the patience and the investment of Mettle fitness into my health was something I never got elsewhere. Solid training, advice, professional expert help. Highly recommend and have done so to many who have joined and changed for the better. Thanks Shaikat and the team!

    Mettle has always been my go to place to reach my fitness goals. The personal attention given there is excellent and your goals are taken care of as well as your nutrition. The ambience is very friendly as well. Shaikat, Pratik and Sovan always makes sure you progress and learn the right way. METTLE is highly recommended.

    I’ve been working out at Mettle for about 4-5 months now. My trainer, Fiona, has been absolutely amazing. She’s very informed, supportive and encouraging through the process. They also make it a point to check in through the day beyond the time of workout which is extremely helpful. I’ve lost about 6kgs and have generally been making healthier choices in life. I’ve felt my stamina increase in the last few months. It’s been a great experience:)

    When I joined Mettle on December 14th last year, I was a month away from reaching 50 years with a feeble shaky pair of knees, sprained ankles and left shoulder such frozen that I could barely move or lift my left hand. Initially it was rehab exercises and one or two small moves. Within a week though light weight training started. But then came the covid restrictions and I got infected. So January was entirely wasted. However, I resumed and now I can climb up and down four floors at a stretch. My left hand is strong enough to lift a 5kg dumbbell and to do Kettle belt dead lift with 12kgs. More than the figures, it's the energy and the confidence that I have gained in these two months. Earlier I could barely sleep at night with three pillows under my elbow, knees and ankle. That's a thing of past. I am immensely grateful to Pratik my coach and Saikat for their constant encouragement and their belief in me. If you have joint pains, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow or any such issues joining Mettle will bring about a striking change in your life. But of course if your idea of a gym is a swanky lavish establishment with countless treadmills, sauna and foot massage then Mettle is not your place. Come here to work out, not leisure out.

    I joined Mettle in Feb'22 after a gap of almost 6 years. My weight was 94 kilos at the moment. With a prolonged pain in my left pelvic area due to a muscle fibre tear injury (2015) I gave up my hope on weighted squats due to both physical and psychological pain. Here I am today weighing 84 kilos, squatting with 100 kilos ( 1 PR full range of motion). Nothing but proper guidance, hard work and self belief. I would like to thank Shaikat Prateek and Sovvan for this whole transition and transformation. Got a new perspective to fitness. Mettle = Cure

    At the time of joining Mettle i.e. In February of 2022 I was approximately 82 kilos and had been working out since 3 years without any substantial changes in my appearance, body fat and core strength. Within 3 months of working out under the guidance of Pratik, Shaikat and Riju who constantly pushed my limits, tested my strengths and taught me the right techniques, not just helped me decrease my weight to 75Kgs but also my strength had drastically increased. Being an out station student and Living alone, it was beyond my imagination to achieve these results.

    I had the pleasure of taking online personal training classes from Shaikat while living in Toronto. Shaikat was very knowledgeable and accommodating from the get go. We started by assessing my physique and setting 3 month goals which we would discuss and track regularly in a very measurable way. Shaikat’s support was constant throughout the journey - from completing cardio on off days and keeping him updated on what I’m eating via WhatsApp. One of the biggest benefits was his ability to incorporate new exercises in workouts which kept things interesting, challenging and fun. If you’re someone considering improving your overall physical performance, I highly recommend Mettle!

    Knowledge is an essential tool in any field. To share the right and full knowledge and experience and educate the client in rightful manner is what makes this fitness studio stand out compared to rest. Head Trainer and owner Shaikat pushes you over and beyond your regular limits making sure each and every movement is not compromised for. Trainer Pratik on each and every client having dedicated personal touch to make sure it’s all done the right way. If fitness is your goal, mettle is the place to be at. With highly professional well knowledgeable and equipped with all right mends and ways achieving your goal is a piece of cake with the boys at mettle. They say it’s wouldn’t be easy but it definitely will be worth it. Thanks team Mettle Shaikat & Pratik for continuous motivation and pushing us to a better version of one’s each self.

    I became pregnant in Feb 2019 and gained 23 kgs in those 9 months of pregnancy. Which was obviously a bit too much than the normal. Then I had a C Section on 2nd Nov and my daughter was born.All went well without any complications. After 7 months I started working out very slowly in June 2020 and from 83 kgs I became 72 kg by Dec 2020 ( 9 kg in 6 months ) again I had a big gap of 3 -4 months again I started in 2021 and by Dec 2021 I was 58 kgs . So in total I lost 25 kgs in 18 months . Right now my weight is 58kgs ( since Dec 2021 ) still working out for the next transition ) This time it was really very difficult for me to come back it wasn’t easy . It wasn’t possible without your physical and mental support @ shaikat das and constant motivation .

    Always Recommendable ! A well maintained fitness studio with professional trainner. They all are very much punctual and polite in behaviour. Budget friendly - Timings good Location- easy to reach. They do guide on client's healthy diet also. I would say it is completely 'One stop solution' for every one .. 👏

    My go to place when I am visiting the city. Professional, flexible and knowledgeable: this is how I will describe the trainers. Mettle has everything you need for a no-nonsense workout. Add to that frequent CrossFit sessions caters to all your fitness needs. I am already looking forward to my next visit at Mettle.

    Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to become a fitter and better version of themselves. My trainer, Pratik is very well informed and always takes the time to understand my difficulties and suggest what needs to be done accordingly. My daughter has also been training with Pratik and swears by his knowledge.

    I do my online personal training Sessions from Guildford, UK . Most of them have been from home if not home or from my garden with the the most basic equipments. There were times when I did go to the gym but only handful number of times. These sessions has been life saving for me. I started training at a point where I was feeling very disappointed with my body and that was affecting me mentally. I was extremely overweight and that cause other health issues for me. However these training sessions helped me snap out of it and be more disciplined. These sessions are usually alternate days of CrossFit and strength, at times with body weight and sometimes with weights. I also learnt about how to eat right. I joined in end of June 2022. I have lost around 16kgs as of now. I never thought I can ever do push ups and certain workouts which I only used to be fascinated about but now I can do it and that too in sets . I am super happy and motivated about having opted for these sessions. I highly recommend Mettle Fitness Studio and their training programmes. You won't be disappointed at all.😊

    This journey begins from Dec 2020 with 107 kgs when i visited doctor for stomach pain and after that i came to know that my liver conditions are not well and it's started damaging soon after i called my childhood friend pratik who is a fitness trainer and nutritionist then he suggested to try daily workout and he motivated me with several ways like he allowed me to workout at my comfort zone and also due to my work i have to travel a lot then also he suggested me the diets and free hand workouts also in between that a global pandemic situation is going on and i suffered from covid and recovered myself after that i can't even stand without support from that situation to now it became 81kgs it's all the effort of my childhood friend pratik and also mettle fitness studio to support and motivate me in the hardest time of my journey. Still a long way to go with you and live a healthy lifestyle. At last i would like to thank mettle fitness studio and pratik.

    I am from the UK and I heard of Shaikat from my friend whose flat mate was training with him. She saw incredible results and so i wanted to give it a try. I struggled to keep my diet and exercise healthy on my own. When I approached Shaikat, we firstly went through my diet habit. He worked with me and recommended some changes which I complied to. Then started online training 3 times a week. He showed me various exercise and corrected my form through it. Myself and people around me started seeing the results within a month of the journey. I had lost 6 kg in a span on 3 months. More than the weight, I started to get much more toned with the constant exercise. I would recommend Shaikat if you’re looking to lose weight, eat less and healthier and regular exercise. Being accountable to someone helped me get on track. Once you get into the routine, it’s becomes easy.

    I joined Mettle Fitness Studio & worked out under Shaikat’s guidance for 2 months. I can see & feel a transformation in myself in terms of inch loss, posture, strength & stamina - for this I’m very thankful to Shaikat. I don’t remember repeating my routine ever, he has always made sure I learn new things and push my limits. I’m very happy with how far I’ve gotten.     When I joined the gym ,I was at 44kgs, I was very underweight and underconfident. Within 6 months I gained 7 kgs of muscle mass. My strength has also increased. Along with my workouts, my nutrition and recovery is also taken care of. The best thing about Mettle is that there is always someone monitoring and checking your form. Thanks to my coaches Shaikat da, Sovan da and Pratik da for all the help.

    From the name to how the workouts are designed down to the instructors, Mettle is a unique facility. Gyms abound, but you will have a hard time finding one like this in Kolkata. I was in the city for about 10 days and was lucky enough to live next to Mettle. Even though it was a short-term membership, Mettle folks truly made me feel welcome and right at home. Shaikat, Pratik and Riju are excellent coaches and they are fully invested in your success. Workouts are designed to challenge but flexible enough to be customized to your needs. The gym has a really friendly vibe and the sense of community is strong! I am going away with fond memories of Mettle and I hope to visit again when I am in town next! I highly recommend this place.

    I play cricket professionally and have been going to mettle for more than a year. Through these months I have witnessed my strength and agility grow immensely, which is also evident from my on-field performance. The one best thing about mettle is that you will always find someone monitoring and checking your form. Also the trainers are skilled enough to even teach you to do Olympic weightlifting. I would highly recommend this Gym and also thank Shaikat Da, Sovan Da, Pratik Da for always helping me. I am very grateful!!

    Mettle Fitness studio came to me almost as a rescuer when I was at my lowest physically and mentally ( no,not break up bt competitive exams).It has been 7 months since I have embarked on my fitness journey with Mettle with a weight of 83 Kgs and now am at 73 kgs , physically and mentally more fit and confident in own skin. Mettle Fitness in a way helped me to prove my 'mettle' personally and professionally.
