We have waited Doctor 2.5 hrs to come for Scanning and he did NT scan only for 5 mints.Actually this scanning is special scanning and will take atleast 30 mints. He did just a formality because he came late and there was long queue.

I took my mom for some test that was recommended by doctor. We were the first to arrive. First of all, I greeted the receptionist but no reply back. During the entire process, they lack professionalism. Secondly, after blood sample collected they didn’t guide for ECG, although I have paid for the same. We were about to leave, then I realized and ask the receptionist. He then said wait. It was very cold response and no apologies. They don’t do test over there, they collect samples and send to other lab for further examine. They don’t have any package for yearly health checkup. It is all alcarte. Price is little bit on a higher side, as I prefer to do a complete health check up for my mom. Usally I do once a year for my mom and for myself too. Overall it’s a ok experience.

This Rainbow Nursing Home is almost new so it's found to be neat and clean atmosphere and they have good infrastructure for treating patients, the staffs are polite but I don't think the attendants have much knowledge in utmost care for patients. I am posting as I found in my case. Health issues gone out of noble profession and business took over the space more widely. Though I will recommend others to be there as because they poses a bunch of good doctors panel and many specialist attending on call. Patient got the last option to be admitted for treatment. So, overall I will remind the adminstration that they have a special role in society to take care about patients health and money. Hope you will never mind.

Best Hospital in Kalyani in my opinion. A patient will get Proper treatment as well as proper care. They have customized meal facilities for each patient according to their diet. My mother, aged 57 years, who was admitted in the hospital on 16.09.22 with a serious breathing problem, after the knee replacement on 23.08.22. Immediate action has been taken by the doctor and his team and proper treatment was done. The behaviour of the doctor and his team was excellent.
