I visited the showroom of P.C Chandra Jewellers Elgin Road 2 months back to get a delicate diamond earing. Before that, I had visited the store multiple times but that day the experience was really great. Specially because of Mr. Nilanjan Banerjee for his obliging and pleasant behaviour. He showed us a wide range of designs and mentioned all the details with patience. The quality and designs were really impressing . After few days when I had a problem with one of my earing, the process of repairing was smooth and hassle-free. Extremely rude and arrogant staff called Abhishek. Had a major attitude problem, if someone goes to buy jewellery they will obviously see 10 pieces and then choose one… he had a problem with taking things out of the display and showing it to us. Very very unprofessional!

It is always a pleasure to visit this iconic store. But nevertheless if I'm allowed to be critical then , my experience of design and artisan was way finer and much detailed at that time. Probably current generation of artisans need bit more experience to gather to reach that height of experience

For the first time 2 days ago, I purchased an earing. I have gone to exchange it today, so PC chandra people say that you should call first and then come after Bhaiya Dooj. Reputated brand give this kind of service to the people ?Are we your servants that we should give money to you and also take trouble. In the name of giving service, you harass the customer.

The behaviour of gold department are so rude . I never believe that p.c. Chandra sale department are so rude . I go many store of p.c Chandra they all are very nice but this branch coustomer dealing is very poor quality
