    I, Rounak Mondal bought a Bajaj Dominor 400 from your dealer Middya Bajaj (Near Andul Bus-Stand Andul-Mouri Sankrail, Road, Andul, Howrah, West Bengal 711302) on the 22nd December 2021. In the month of January i.e. on 10th January 2022 my registration process was complete and the number plate fitment was done in the last week of January. So basically the sales consultant informed me that I will receive the smart card after 3 months from the date of number plate fitment and when the smart card will come they will inform me the same over the phone. But I requested them to provide me the smart card within the end of March because I was having a roadtrip in the month of April. But unfortunately they failed to provide me the smart card. So after the completion of 3 months neither they called me nor informed about any information of the smart card process. So I visited the dealership finally after 3 months they told me that within 1 week I will receive my smart card and they will inform me the same over the phone. Like this I visited the dealership 3 times and they told me the same thing for the 3 times. So recently as usually I again visited the dealership last month after waiting till 30 minutes at the dealership they informed me that the broker by whom the dealership will receive the smart card that broker has lost the smart card and they informed that the broker will again collect a duplicate copy of the smart card and they will inform me the same over the phone at that day evening but they again neither called me nor informed me about the smart card. But myself being in an Automobile industry I work in a premium dealership (Benelli-Keeway) as a service manager I know that smart card is only a single time user and the other company dealerships provide smart cards to the customers within 1 or 2 months from the date of number plate fitment. There is no duplication for any smart card. Even I own a four wheeler i.e. Hyundai I20 Active SX petrol from Saini Hyundai there also I got the smart card within 1 month from the date of number plate fitment. But seriously myself being a owner of your premium two wheeler i.e. Bajaj Dominor 400 is having a worst experience and that too I am facing till now. And from the date of number plate fitment I am travelling with my bike that too without the smart card for 6 months. And I will not entertain this anymore. Now I want my original smart card anyhow from the dealership itself and that too within this month or else I have to look for the other procedures. So kindly look into this matter and solve the process of smart card and update me as soon as possible. And kindly check the attachments below for further process.     I give my bike for servicing and it's even not washed and said service done .. Took money without proper servicing . You can see the condition of tyre .

    Don't buy any bike from this showroom. I bought ns160 and facing tons of issues in my new bike within just 6month

    One of the worse service centre , waste to go here .. have been there for 6 times and everytime new issue shows up and nothing gets correct. He calls us and asks us to be there and asks us to change parts and once we do , there will be new issue and has asked me to change the battery twice and nothing has be right .. it's still the same. And tries to pull money ,has such a big store and doesn't want to pay via digital payment only wants in cash. Have been travelling 40 kms for almost 6 times and have been doing everything thing they say and have all that details in the bills I have uploaded . They jus takes money and creates more problem instead of sorting it. I have had very bad experience going here and they jus try to snatch our money nd do nothing and create more problems. One of the worse service centre.

    I HAVE PURCHASED A PULSAR 125 BIKE ON 26-11-2021 FROM YOUR SUB DEALER SHARMA AUTO.I RECEIVED MY BIKE INSURANCE PAPER ON 22-12-2021 WITH A WRONG NAME(ITS RESOLVED WITH A ENDORSEMENT COPY REECEIVED ON 29-12-2021).THEN I RECEIVED TAX TOKEN ON 30-12-2021.TILL TODAY(6-1-2022) I DID NOT GET MY BIKE REGISTRATION NUMBER (41 DAYS OF BIKE PURCHASE).AS PER RTO MY BIKE REGISTER PROCESS START ON 22-12-2021 (26th NO DAYS OF BIKE PURCHASE).THE REGISTER PROCESS IS MAINTAIN BY YOUR STAFF NAME (SOMNATH HAZRA) AS PER MT RTO TAX TOKEN. I AM WRITING THIS TO YOU BECAUSE A MIDDYA BAJAJ STAMP IS IN MY BIKE'S SERVICE BOOK AND YOUR NAME ALSO PRINTED ON MY TAX TOKEN ALSO. WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE.

    Giving it a 4star just because they provide a very good service. The Service Centre may look bit a old fashioned by the decoration but the technicians are well trained. I didn't like the washing because dirt is still present on the chassis. Everyone's behaviour is decent. Customer lounge should be improved so that any customer can wait there until their vehicle gets completely serviced. I'll definitely recommend this place.
