It's sad to see a sign with the drive thru closed due to staffing but have to drive by 2 employees smoking outside.

I don’t know what I would do without this subway. I’m being serious. Me and my fiancé eat here probably 3+ times a week, and I do not think we have ever had a bad experience. There is the off chance that a preorder has a wrong ingredient or something, but that is truly once in a blue moon and completely understandable. Every employee there works harder than they should with their abysmal pay. They put actual care into choosing the best veggies and bread and making sure that it’s what we want. Thank you subway workers I truly don’t know what I would do without you.

Says closes at 10 but at 9pm waiting the the drive through line someone came out and yelled at everyone they weren’t taking any more orders

I have recently had a bad experience here where they messed up my entire order and would do nothing to fix it. The manager basically blew me off stating the employees were new, so too bad I wasted money on two subs I couldn't eat. I started going to the one across town. But I was near this one recently and gave them another chance. I ordered online but made sure to be there to watch them make my sub. The employee was really nice, and he got both subs perfect!

By far my worst experience to date. My orders were placed ahead of time. I show up to pick up orders and they had not been started yet. Due to the fact that there was no bread. 7pm on Friday and no bread had been prepared for the evening. One girl completely cranked out of mind. 30mins of waiting in frustration of making 12 6 inch sandwiches out of only flat bread. I get my boxes of food. Which included 12 cookies for a kids party. The girl tells me as I am walking out with what I think is my order, she says oh by the way we haven't made any cookies. Done with that store. Absolute joke.

I went to subway in Fergus falls.some girl didn't feel like baking bread so she didnt.The bread was hard and stale.a girl that was there saw a crowd coming in and she didn't help anyone and went in the back.The saving grace was a young guy named Caleb.U better keep that guy because he was in controll and saved the day.

We ordered on line but it would have been faster to order at the counter because those in line got their food before us. And people who came after us got their food before us too.

I just have to share our wonderful experience at this subway. We stopped for lunch yesterday. We both remarked about how friendly and helpful the staff was. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and we will definitely visit again.

They can never get an order right unless you are watching them so skip the app. When they completely messed up both our sandwiches to the point my fiance got the completely wrong one with no toppings and mine had the wrong bread and missing toppings all I got from the manager was it was the employees first night alone. Despite two emails there was no offer to make it right in any way. The next time they forgot my double meat and cheese so i made a comment to please get it right this time because I paid extra, and this is what I got on my sandwich bag .

Very good subs. The menu has changed a lot since I was there last. I enjoyed it.

My nieces wanted subway kids meals. I ordered my sub from Jimmy Johns!!
