The staff at the drive thru was nice but somebody needs to learn how to make tacos I didn't get anything but a very very light bit of meat and lettuce just look at the picture wat I was of money and time never going back there again

Staff was cool. I have no complaints about that. Otherwise this location is just like every other Taco Bell you have visited. You know what your gastrointestinal system is in for if you choose to eat here. Whether or not a chalupa and Baja Blast are worth the risk of destroying your toilet later that evening is a personal choice you have to make.

RUDE POOR EXCUSE OF A SHIFT MANAGER. The lady at the counter was nice as were almost everyone apart from the shift manager. We waited 20 mins for our food because the ‘order’ never went through. Gave us our food at 10.55 and told us we have to leave. Gave us 10 mins and on the dot the manager came and rudely said I’m calling the police. Poor excuse of a manager. We had kids and 3 families. Threatened to call the police.

Hello my name is James. I work for a group home and I stopped at your Taco Bell on 9-23-23 And it was the worst service. I have ever Experienced Talk about do not care about the people. Especially that are in group homes That is In will chairs Do separate orders through the Drive through The person that was taken the order was very rude about it. And then When the lady told us they don't do separate orders. We go in the restaurant. And then they tell us they don't take no cash, they only take card. So don't worry. I will be spreading the word to my Friends and coworkers and my individuals two not eat at this place because they are not for the People..

Love the changes to the Alexandria Taco Bell! Drive-through was so convenient with their double lanes. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was so good. I tried their new steak burrito, and I'm definitely not disappointed! Taco Bell and the staff at the Alexandria store have exceeded the fast food experience expectations! Well done, and thanks!

Went to the Bell tonight around 130 am after a night of fun the service was amazingly fast and friendly Brianna M was the cashier and the Oder was right on the spot! I know everyone isn’t out that late but if you are and go here you will get great service!

Only complaint is, I'm not sure if it was just one time or if it's the inflation but I didn't have a whole lot of beef in the taco, but the steak ones were loaded

It’s been very slow through the drive-thru both times I’ve been there. It is a Taco Bell though, not much to note. Food was the same as usual

The new remodel looks great, the dual lane drivethrough fits more people, the service is fast, my order is always accurate, and the food is as good as Taco Bell gets.

Just not a great taco bell. Food took awhile to receive and they have totally gotten rid of cashiers.
