This is a nice bed and breakfast located south of downtown. It's about 40 minutes away walking from the city center, 15 minutes by taxi. Although it's not so close to main attractions, it's a quiet place to rest and feels like home. Rooms are fairly small but they're quiet and comfortable. If you opt in for breakfast there are 3 options: continental, Irish or porridge, all three are tasty. Service was very friendly and they were helpful with directions and information about bus tickets.

Loved it, would stay here again. ZETA was very accommodating and friendly. CLOSE to Dublin city center, breakfast was good. Very professional staff. Buses right outside to everything n the airport. I have a great stay.

Very helpful front desk attendant, and beautiful building in a very nice area of Dublin! Price was reasonable for a short stay. Style of the townhouse is very close to original with modern updates as necessary. Room is a decent size, with beautiful tall, drawn curtains and very comfortable bed. Four stars and not five due to off-putting odor in the bathroom upon arrival. Breakfast had cereal, bread, and juices with option of upgrade to an Irish breakfast for an extra cost. Definitely would recommend the townhouse for a stay in Dublin!

Nice room at a decent price. Allowed us a late check out as well. About 30 min walk to Temple bar

I paid 89 euros for one night, and the rooms didn't reflect that price. Despite requesting and being confirmed in a double room with breakfast on Booking.com, I got a twin single room only. The windows didn't open, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and the walls were very thin, meaning that other guests snoring kept me awake. Overall, I feel that more thought could go into the room and layout- plugs were placed in inconvenient places meaning boiling the kettle on the floor, after unplugging a scent diffuser, or charging your phone meant moving the bed from the wall and unplugging the bedside lamp. A final minimal, but also strange, issue was that there were no teaspoons on the tea tray. Had I known this, I would not have ordered a chocolate-sauce soaked brownie from the takeaway. That being said, free parking was a definite incentive to stay here, and service was helpful, polite, and friendly.

Stayed four nights. It's quaint. That comes with all the limitations of a charming old building, like smaller rooms and older electrical outlets, but these are all minor. And the breakfast is great.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Nice place. However because I was leaving early I was promised a takeaway breakfast which did not materialize.

Great place, I stayed here for 3 nights and I was quite happy with the place, great location, comfortable bed, warm and clean.

Tye staff were lovely and friendly. Room was big and clean. But It was very over heated, and there were not many options for any king of dietary requirements at breakfast
