It's a shame that almost all of our factories with such a long history have been destroyed. Unfortunately, if you don't have a careful owner of things, this is what happens. Only the memorial plaques and a few inscriptions remind us of the glorious past. I didn't even go all the way to the gate, that was enough, even though I wouldn't have had time for more.

A place with a special atmosphere... it's hard to evaluate correctly, since you can see a row of neglected, dilapidated buildings. Here and there, life is bubbling in rented halls, where life has stopped behind broken glass windows... in some places, looking through the window, you can almost see how the worker put down the tool, the last can of oil, and no longer had to go in to work... a strange place, worth more. A city within a city.....

As part of the shared cities program, we had the opportunity to get a quick glimpse into this part of the past. The many old buildings that have experienced almost everything speak for themselves, but for those who are a little more interested in the place and its history, there is an audio guide in the play store with a one-hour journey, in which the interested party can hear lots of interesting information from first hand (google - once upon a time a handful of works).

The place was very busy, it was bad to see how the past, a part of history, is being destroyed.

We took part in a bunker tour, our guide was great, his passion for his work and this little piece of history flowed from every word. We would also like to thank Levi for the interesting and educational program (BudapestScences).

(Translated by Google) Neglected, dilapidated factory. Several businesses have moved in, but they cannot renovate or maintain the common areas (Original) Elhanyagolt, lepusztult gyártelep. Több vállalkozás költözött be, de a közös használatú területeket nem tudják felújítani, karbantartani

(Translated by Google) It's like taking part in a time travel or a historical walk. On the one hand, it's very interesting, on the other hand, it's strange to see how neglected many buildings have been left to the masses. By the way, there are also shops, pubs, wineries and apartments in the area.
