I highly recommend Family Care of Institute and Dr. Knight. The entire staff is awesome and the doctor actually listens and tries her best to help to the best of her knowledge!

I was running late for an appointment to have my 2 boys sports physical exam and thought I would not be accommodated, to my surprise the telephone operator she was accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly smile from the receptionist. He was very pleasant he pointed me to the areas to fill out on the forms and made our experience very easy. The doctor, I wish I remembered her name and of course I’m not going to make out the signature on our paperwork 😂, she was super nice and made my boys feel comfortable in being examined. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely recommend this location.

Sarah Knight listens to concerns with compassion.If I need to see specialist ,referrals are taken care of quickly and referred to the best in the area.Even tries to get my prescriptions down to the lowest copay.She is the best primary care physician I have ever went to.She takes all the time needed to go over concerns and you never feel rushed.

Had an appointment to see what could be the cause of my hair falling out(so kind of an urgent matter) this group couldn’t be bothered to call me to let me know they couldn’t be there for my appointment. Office was completely dark so I called the phone number at first she said she could reschedule me for tomorrow then she changed it to December. Alleged she called me confirmed she had the right last four digits of my number, but I checked my voicemails and missed calls and there was nothing. After further investigation it looks like who ever took my information was dyslexic. I found almost all of my information was rearranged from what I actually said and reiterated. This business is completely incompetent and shouldn’t be used by anyone who actually needs to see a doctor. They don’t care about someone’s health or time.
