Incredible food! Myself and a couple friends made a special drive to find this truck after a recommendation from a coworker; we were not disappointed! Easily some of the best burgers and potato salad any of us have had. Absolutely worth the trip, and we will definitely return in the future.

All the thumbs way, way up for hands down the best burger I have eaten, seriously!! I am eating the Bacon Bomb Burger. The patties are delicious. The buns is so fresh. The Chipotle sauce is well balanced. Overall a complete win. The location is mint, the staff are welcoming and they obviously love what they are doing and it shows. Thanks, I will be back for more!!

This food truck has some of the best burgers around! Their special was a Philly Cheesesteak burger and it was bang on! Very creamy/cheesy and full of flavor. Also tried the Breakfast burger and it was loaded with bacon, ham and a fried egg on top of a double cheeseburger with a lovely spicy sauce! Check these guys out! Super friendly 🤟🤟

Stopped here on a whim on our way to Tofino. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, juicy burger patty. The service was top notch. You won't be disappointed.

We have seen this food truck around for quite a while, but only just went today because my partner saw the phat Mac and he wanted to try it so today was the day. ZERO DISAPPOINTMENT!! for starters you can see inside the truck, working spaces were all clean, tidy, organized, I didn't feel squeamish about trying it out. I went with the spicy burger, partner went with phat mac, and got a ,kids burger for my almost 2 yr old. Partner LOVED his phat mac he said it really did taste like a real big mac but better since the patties are home made not store bought, he finished his before we even left the parking lot. My sons burger is great he's eating it now, great size, simple. Mine! I was torn between spicy burger and the bacon bomb, now I don't even know if I will be able to try the bacon bomb because the spicy burger is so good I can't see me ordering anything else!! If you don't like spicy food, obviously not the burger for you...if you're like me and love love love spicy food, this is great! Perfect amount of burn, not so much you can't taste food anymore, the secret sauce is a great addition with the jalapeños and I LOVE the in house kettle cooked chips it's topped with, gives a great crunch factor. I would order those chips on the side just to eat them! We hands down will be back, was better than I ever expected. Food trucks are so hit or miss in the Valley, for us this one was a home run. The cleanliness, organization and quality of food were all on point. Kudos to Phat Bastards! **new edit - the street corn is amazing!! Another must try for anyone who hasnt yet. My son loves it he's not even 2 yet**

These burgers are so damn good! I have tried just about every one of them. The Philly Cheese Steak burger is friggin' euphoric!!! These guys do great work, they are super friendly and great to chat with. I love going here. I take all my out of town guests and the apprentices here for burgers and it's always super tasty. Check these guys out.

I recently had the chance to try Phat Bastard Eats, a food truck hidden in the middle of a construction area—and it was worth the find! Despite being new and not too crowded, this spot serves up some unforgettable burgers. Smash Factor (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): The burgers here are amazing. They use a “smash” technique on the grill that creates a crispy, caramelized edge while keeping the inside juicy and tender. Each bite is packed with flavor! Variety (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): The menu has something for everyone, from classic cheeseburgers to unique gourmet options. You can customize your burger however you like, making it easy to build your perfect bite. Sides (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Their sides are just as impressive. The street corn, topped with a Cheeto coating, is a standout—crunchy, cheesy, and totally unique. I’m excited to try the potato salad next time! Atmosphere and Service (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): For a spot in a construction zone, it felt surprisingly cozy. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the aroma of sizzling burgers set a great vibe. In short, Phat Bastard Eats offers incredible smash burgers and creative sides that make it a must-try. Even though it’s tucked away, this food truck is bound to become a favorite. Don’t miss out on their mouthwatering burgers—you won’t regret it!
