The vibe at the Duncan Garage is super warm and inviting. The food was excellent, I had the breakfast enchiladas, the eggs were cooked perfectly, really tasty! Also picked up an assorted box of gluten free baked goods as my wife and kids are celiac. I ate one of the brownies on the way home and it was delicious. :) Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back!

I’ve been a patron since the 00s, and although I no longer live in the area I always stop in for the delicious wholesome food. The staff are great and today was no exception. Best customer service I’ve received anywhere in a long time. Ordered a breakfast burrito, pizza, sticky buns and a London fog. All top notch. Thanks for nourishing this hungry mama💛

This place is super fresh and healthy. Great flavours. Their quiche pie wrapper becomes one with the egg so makes it super hard to eat but still yumm.

Yesterday we have been the first time at this place and we loved it, so we have to come by today again:) the coffee, tea and paisteries are excellent. Even though the service is quite busy, they are very friendly. The atmosphere gets close to a market hall, therefore a lot to see and discover while enjoying your coffee here. Unfortunately we leave Duncan so we can't come by again, but we warmly recommend this place for people, who love having a coffee at a local busy place.

I am endlessly impressed with the Garage. Their food, drinks are delicious and always thoughtfully and creatively put together. Their inclusive and warm atmosphere is second to none. This place is a gem - a must visit in the Cowichan Valley.

Super duper friendly service! The gentleman at the cash with glasses was so nice and even asked me what my plans for the day were and seemed genuinely interested. The breakfast egg foccacia is such a novel concept and frigging delicious. I could have eaten 10. As you can see from my photos, they have an incredible selection of hot/cold/drinks/dry goods and take away refrigerated food. The space is open and airy with plenty of seating throughout!

It’s not hard to see why this place has over 1000 reviews. We had breakfast at the Duncan Garage Bakery on our way to Victoria and were so glad we stopped, as this really showed us the lovely, earthy, and gentle side of Duncan. The food and drinks on offer were handmade with love, delicious, and kind to the earth. There is plenty of seating inside. A great used bookstore rounds out the space and it appears that there are other businesses on the second floor. A lovely, humane little area with so much to offer.

Busy place full of energy! Had drinks, nuts bar, tropical scone, and a couple of frozen pasta. They were all good but my fav was creamy curry butternuts squash ravioli (frozen, baked home). Yum!
