There's usually a wait but it's very much worth it. The house this restaurant is in is beautiful, there's some really nice design decisions too. The waiters are great and agile considering the space they have to serve in. The outdoor seating area is perfect, comfortable with blankets and heaters. If you get cold easily don't sit near the door as it gets opened a lot. The main dining area can get a bit loud but it doesn't matter because THE FOOD. The food here is the best I've had in Duncan. My partner is vegetarian and he's claimed they do some sort of magic to their mushrooms to pump them full of the most amazing flavour. I've had soups here that blow my mind and aside from ramen I'm not really into liquid-y foods but I actually love trying their soups. The eggs benedicts are incredible. Whoever they have in the kitchen designing these meals is very good at what they do. Thank you for the good experiences.

Always a pleasure coming here for brunch. They have a beautiful little place, both the indoor and outdoor seats are in nice locations and are comfortable, they even offer blankets of you're a bit chilly, but I never need one as it's heated well, inside and out. The service is prompt and friendly. There's even a cute little bird that comes and eats crumbs under the table in the outside seating. He should get a raise as he takes his job very seriously. The food is amazing and perfect every time! I've had the Monte Christo a couple times and it's so delicious and the portions are generous. Always seasonal farm to table ingredients. The Nook and Cranny is also amazing!! I had that last time and that might be my new favourite!! My boyfriend usually gets the legends of third and loves it as well. As far as drinks go, they have really tasty well made coffee that mt boyfriend enjoys every time we're there and I always opt for the flights. They have insanely delicious seasonal mimosa flights and shaft flights, I can't help but get one of each every time I go. I'm conclusion, just a wonderful place. Definitely one of my favourite spots and will continue to be.

Brunch on 3rd is pure heaven - I’ve raved about this place to so many people because it’s always a 10/10 experience! The food is insanely delicious. Their hashbrowns and holladaise are on my mind constantly haha my husband loves the drink flights too! Especially the iced coffee one.

We always enjoy going to brunch on 3rd! The food is phenomenal. The unfortunate bit is that they're often so busy that there's a wait. During our most recent visit, it was extremely chilly inside so they kindly took our hot drinks off the bill. Very considerate staff, delicious food!

Delicious meal, standard price, and the staff was wonderful. We ordered eggs Benedict, chicken burgers and a andwich. Everyone in my group loved their meal. My chicken burger was the best I have had in a long time. Would definitely go back.

Had the duck & cherry (duck&cover) Benedict. Hollandaise sauce was phenomenal. Had the mimosa flight, the guava one was the best. Service was quick and very knowledgeable. Cute & trendy place.

We had a great morning brunch. We dropped in and got seated with no wait (Sunday in July!). The food was amazing and we enjoyed the Momosa flight too! The staff were friendly and our server did a great job making sure we had everything including keeping our water glasses full on the hot patio that morning. The atmosphere is great, inside is cute and busy like a downtown cafe (but still bright and cheery) but if you can you need to enjoy the outside patio. The garden atmosphere is just a great way to enjoy your meal.

The flights were the highlight of the visit. The mimosa flights were good, but the Italian soda flights were exceptional, with the white-colored peach and raspberry flavors standing out. The Caesar flights were also delicious, especially the smoked whiskey Caesar, which was the standout. As for the food, the beef dip was decent but lacked flavor. The Duck & Cover Benny was disappointing, as the flavors didn’t quite come together harmoniously. However, the Salmon Benny was the best of what we ordered. Overall, it’s a great place for brunch, and the flights are definitely worth trying.
