I was looking for a friendly, honest jewelry shop to take my watch to and stumbled upon this hidden gem. The customer service and quality is top tier. Glad I found them... Check them out you won't be disappointed.

My wrists are fairly slim; about 6 inches in circumference so it goes without saying no watch will fit me right off the shelf. I needed two watches adjusted so that they fit accordingly. Jay and Larry at Quikset were so friendly, easy to get along with, and it just so happens they are impressively quick and impeccable with their work. In fact, I was so impressed with the first watch of mine they fixed, and went home and brought the rest of my watches right back for them to fix! Also they are very knowledge and proficient in upkeep and maintenance of all types of metals, and gemstones.

I got two watches fixed here (1 battery replacement and 1 needed the face fixed), and everyone working there was great! I found Quikset from a Google search, and the good reviews are so true. They had great customer service and were very fast at completing the repairs I needed. This is my first time getting repairs done on watches, so I can't speak to the pricing, but it didn't seem outrageous to me. I'll definitely go again if I ever need any other jewelry/watch repairs.

This location has the best people. Lee and Larry are the sweetest! I had a Coach bracelet that stopped clamping together smoothly. Lee fixed it in 5mins and didn't want to charge me a dime! Larry took a look at my necklace and was honest about not being able to fix it, but gave me advice on what I could do to save it. Edit: stopped by again to have my diamond ring setting adjusted and they did phenomenally once again. The wonderful atmosphere hasn’t changed a bit.

I always bring my watches here for service and sizing. Chris (manager) stayed past closing to resize my watch when I showed up at 5:55 pm. My go to shop for cleaning too. Everyone who works there is friendly.

Jay was a fantastic help. One knot on my pearl necklace came undone. The process to re-string them required a specialist, and the necklace had to be sent elsewhere. I was a little nervous about sending my beloved family heirloom away but Jay ensured me it would be delivered in less than a week. Upon pickup, I was so relieved to see every pearl accounted for.
