The Emergence Room waiting area is weird and not very well kept. The check-in nurse that came and took me to the room was awesome! The next nurse that came was great as well. When the ER Dr came in it was quick and dry. I did think he wanted to examine me. He was very much quick and donā€™t have me too confident in his examine. The discharge nurse was awesome! She gave me all the confidence I needed to know for my next step in my healing journey, also if things go wrong what steps I should take.

If you ever come here please ask for Nina she went above and beyond for taking care of our room changing our sheets and making sure my husband was taken care of as well since we had been sitting in this room for 5days! Angela and Robert in ICU were incredibly nice and really loved there job and did everything they could to make sure I was taken care! Great job and I thank yall ! Donā€™t let Dr.Phil take care of you he is very mean and has no compassion for his younger patients has a short temper and did nothing to help but accuse and assume what was wrong with you instead of looking at your charts! But other than that it was great.

I went in to crescent regional to be seen about a health issue I had, and the entire staff there was incredibleā€¦. It was a quick and easy experience from the time I arrived until I was dischargedā€¦ Everyone treated me with respect, and courteously, as both a patient, and personā€¦ I would like to thank two exceptional standout nurses; Fran, and Mercedes, they were awesome!!! When Fran came in and introduced herself, she was very professional, took care of my needs, and handled business, with a touch of ā€œmotherlyā€ love, and I appreciate thatā€¦. When I met Mercedes, she was also phenomenal while checking my blood pressure and vitals, she was very consistent, and concerned about my breathing, and my O2 levels, and also being very professional as well, and also making sure that I was comfortable, while bringing me anything I needed, such as sheets and towels, water, ect.ā€¦ Needless to say, I am very appreciative to have had the experience I did, with this particular hospital staff, and I want them to not only get my thanks and appreciation, but to also get the recognition that they deserve, thanks to you all, Ty Jacksonā€¦.

admitted to ICU. Angela (Day Nurse) went above and beyond to make sure my mom was well taken care of from bringing extra blankets and reassuring her. Deborah (day nurse) Amazing Team Player. There was another nurse from 3rd floor helping out that went above and beyond trying to get Foley inserted etc. thank you. Heather (Night Nurse) was really nice and knowledgeable. Next day, Dana (day nurse) ROCKS!! Thank you for taking good care of my mom. Norma in housekeeping was a breath of fresh air, patiently listening to my mom and talking about their favorite tv show. Discharge process could have went faster but overall, our stay was great!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this hospital. Unfortunately I've had to come here to the emergency room 3 times in the last 1.5 weeks due to pancreatitis. From the first time I walked in the door everyone has been extremely nice and welcoming! HUGE SHOUT OUT to the ladies at the registration desk when I first walked in to all of the nurses, techs and doctors! Thanks for taking such great care of me. I believe it's privately owned so there's none of that corporate stuff. I've now been admitted and the nurses and techs up here are EXTREMELY great as well! I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

I recently had a spinal procedure at this hospital and spent a total of 5 days, 4 nights in their care. All of the staff were very courteous and professional. I never had to wait long if I needed a nurse. My only complaint was the food, but it wasn't because of the hospital. Due to my being under anesthesia, I was on a liquid diet until my gut began working again, which took almost all the time I was there. If I should ever need care, I will not hesitate to use Crescent Regional Hospital for it.

The staff were Top Notch, Nan in ICU is an ALL STAR, SHERRY I didn't get her last name saw us in the hall downstairs and helped us on the elevator, went upstairs with us, showed us the waiting room went and brought us blankets because it was cold...just above and beyond. My sisters nurse Olga is one amazing young lady, very knowledgeable, proficient, kind and helpful ā¤ļø I would be very comfortable with her being in charge of me or my family members. The physical therapist I don't remember her name but she was also very proficient, attentive and put us at ease, answering any questions and concerns we had. The Head of the hospital stopped by, a very very nice lady and she answered any questions we had. So many more people from the hospital...the Head nurse to the EVS staff everyone was accommodating, friendly and helpful.

I was admitted to the ICU for about 5 days last week. The staff was absolutely amazing! Olga, was an angel. She made me feel comfortable and safe abs took great care of me. Sharnice was so patient and went above and beyond for my health during her shift. Jason, Phillip and David were also great nurses and I knew I was in good care. Again this staff was an amazing team of nurses. Lastly, Mrs.Norma was so sweet. Sheā€™s a breath of fresh air every time she comes into the room.

I would give 0 stars, but wonā€™t let me go lower. Went to get xray, black lady at desk rude and doesnā€™t care. They make you sign in and forget you for 30 min. Then she came to waiting room and tells me, give me your ID and insurance card. I guess I shouldnā€™t expect much, typically rude attitude. Then claims they didnā€™t receive orders. I immediately contacted the Dr and she said , they sent orders and will resend. I went and told the rude black lady that they are resending and she says well I havenā€™t called them, Iā€™m doing something else. Really?! Arenā€™t you suppose to be registering me? I was 20 min late to my appointment! Replyingā€¦race was added, because there was also a Hispanic lady but she was not rude!

***PLEASE READ, ******* Update: every phone call goes to a voice mail with no return call. We've tried 4 times over 3 weeks to set up a payment plan that we can afford. The only one that answers is off site billing and they can't work with our situation. The phone number in the hospital reply below goes to voice mail. I will change some of this if I actually get a phone call in return. This is becoming the worst experience of any hospital ever. !!! CRITICAL CONSIDERATION !!!to make about trusting the hospital staff... My wife went in for surgery. After surgery she was in ICU. This was relatively ok. Soon she was moved to a regular room. When they rolled her into the room, it was intensely hot. She told them that she cannot stay there because she can't breath in the heat and needed a different room. The staff member walked out to the desk and said that she doesn't like the room. The lady at the desk said "she better!" 5 staff members came in gruffly, questioning her. My wife said that it's too hot. So they went to find a better room. The window was facing the sun with no shades, no tint, and was so hot I couldn't keep my hand on it. The thermostat for the AC was not working. ********This is where it got dangerous******** They moved her into a better room. That evening I was in the chair facing her and the monitors. Just before midnight, the man at the desk came in with a syringe. Walked over to her IV and looked at the monitor. He said that "her pulse is 99 so her heart isn't jumping out if her chest" then he proceeded to inject the IV with the syringe. We asked what that was? He just said that it will "calm her down" she said,"I don't need to be calmed down, I'm going to sleep" He emptied the syringe and left. Never telling us what it was. The next morning her pulse was 150. We asked several people to find out what he gave her, they ALL said that they would find out and let us know. NO ONE EVER LET US KNOW! the next day she was returned to ICU , and 4 days were spent trying to control her heart rate, beating up to 150 BPM continuously and rarely slowing down. After she was released, she asked her surgeon to find out what that man gave her. He said that it wasn't documented. So we don't know the man's name that did it either. Now, my wife may have a bad reaction to something that we will never know what it is, because it looks like it was given to her off the record. Why was anything given off record and did he have a motive? On top of that, the hospital bill reflects the additional stay due to negligence or mal practice. From now on, everything will be documented on my behalf when any family member is in the hospital. I can not recommend this hospital.

Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. Came here after a car accident in August, the attending physician in the ER bedside was so stand offish and off putting it was laughable. He didnā€™t write anything we told him down, then goes back to his desk and sending the nurse in with HALF of our injuries and then they were mismatched between the two of us. Then, I got a bill from the hospital but they gave the other billers an incorrect address and I just so happen to get into with the radiologist and they state the bill has been turned over to collections. On top of that, they keep giving me a number for the ER Physician and that company is telling me they stopped dealing with Crescent before I even received service. When I say this has been worse than the car wreck I mean it.

Dr. Joseph Abu and the whole ER staff on 9/02/2023 were nothing less than excellent. The nursing staff showed compassion, patience and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable time. If possible I would give more than 5 stars. Crescent, staff, I thank you for being so caring and so and committed. Nurse Angie, you rock!

I came into the hospital with heat exhaustion and severe dehydration. The staff took very good care me, and got back up to speed. Iā€™m not sure their last names are, but if you go to Crescent, I hope that you experience these individuals. 1. The ER Nurses - names unknown 2. Dr. Brown & the 2nd doctor name unknown 3. Tea & Jennifer - my nurses 4. Lyle & Mrs. Vera - my techs Thank you team for taking care of me.

Ms. Norma was soooo awesome! She walked in the room and greeted us with a warm hello! Emptied the trash, ask if we needed anything and even got my baby a warm blanket! Thanks Norma for your awesome service and kindness. You were definitely appreciated on today!

This was my first time visiting this local hospital for my daughter . And it was a great experience. From the time i walk in until the time i left. We check in the front desk lady was so nice. It did not take long at all to call us back. Our tech was Michelle and our nurse was Andy. They both did an amazing job making my daughter feel super comfortable they were both super nice and sweet. I will highly recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Thank yā€™all so much.

I had major spinal surgery at this institution. It was as good of experience as one could expect under the circumstances. The CEO stopped by pre-surgery to give me her phone number and assure she was available at any time. The staff was well trained and worked with me to make sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this Hospital/Surgical Center!

This was a very first time experience for my mother being treated medically at this location. The staff did a good job and Dr. Hussain and Olga the ICU nurse were exceptional. I felt a sense of compassion and the communication was helpful each step of the way. Grateful, Gina

I didnā€™t appreciate being told to go to a different hospital simply because I had questions about different treatments for different things. I also didnā€™t appreciate Dr joe/Joseph assumptions about me. When treating kids please keep in mind that they will naturally blink, Flinch, move, jump and more. Itā€™s never ok to make a child feel bad about it. Sheesh! The Doctor basically told me this hospital was incapable of basic care for its patients. I agree! I really feel we left without the proper care we deserved and was shoved out the door. Smh..lesson learned wonā€™t come back!

My name is Tachanda Smith. I stayed in room 323 from Tuesday till Saturday of last week in August and all of the staff that was on shift during my stay. That was morning afternoon and night. They were great even the cleaning people the text the nurses, Dr. Michael, Oltunjungi I believe thatā€™s his name the Physical Therapist. I think them for attending to my medical care at the time I was admitted into the hospital from the ER all the way to the floor. They were very courteous. They were very kind. They were very compassionate, all except for the nurse by the name of Chidi he had no bedside manner or a care in the world for his patience, but everyone else was great and I thank them for taking care of me while my stay in that hospital. It was my first time being there as a patient and I have been bragging about you guys ever cents and letting people know that you guys are great. Thank you so much. Oh, and donā€™t let me leave out the dietitians that serve the food everybody that service on the floor I even spoke with the supervisors at some point they were very courteous when their nurses were busy and other rooms they came to see you about me Iā€™m a make sure I was good and I want to thank the whole staff.

Absolutely one of the best ER experiences that I ever had , very attentive nurses and doctors. Nurse Fran, Tea , Fatu, Phillip and honestly just everyone made it so easy. Thank yā€™all for treating me like a person that mattered and not just a case being dealt with.

Mrs. Marci was excellent she drew my blood and gave me injection her bedside manners is what every hospital needs. She was nice, patient and didnā€™t get overwhelmed even when it started getting busy. She explained everything very thorough and this is the first time I left that hospital with clear understanding. She works night shift and I was feeling horrible and she even made me laugh in my pain. She is the person I would like whenever Iā€™m back. The doctor was great and very thorough as well. X-ray was a little rushed cause the lady was getting ready to go home but I work in the medical field over 25 years it made me look at myself and taught me a lesson about rushing people cause itā€™s time to go. Overall experience was great

I had an amazing experience on May 31, 2023. I had surgery performed by the talented Dr.Mallat and a Amazing Anesthesiologists and a very Informant nurse by the name of Asia. That kept me in the loop every step of the way. It simply felt like first class service from the minute. I walk through the door from the young lady checking me in from begin to the end. I highly recommend Crescent Regional Hospital for your Surgical. needs.

šŸ˜  The adminstration here is an extremely poor example of county care. I now understand better why it rates so poorly in certain instances. Very unprofessional staff, in one memorable instance, though compliments to a few as well. Nice place overall, though loss of stars due to seeing more than one me...
