I was on the market to sell my house last year when the market was great, and the real estate agent I had couldn't sell my home in a booming market and lost me a ton of money. I was looking to sell for 450k, which was a little under the hot market pricing. Unfortunately, because that agent did not do open houses or advertise properly, I lost out on selling my house during the hottest time in Texas. I talked with about 3 other real estate agents who wanted to charge insane fees like 7%+ and did not think I could get more than 300k for my house. From start till closing Chris Poirier and his team were quite helpful. He facilitated the sale of mom's house long distance. Heidi first worked with my mother on selling her home and she was very pleased. I used her to be safe after I’d already found the townhouse I wanted as a new build. She was always available for questions via phone or email. She took the time to visit the property and take pictures and photos to provide me with.
